Pros
MediLinks EMR Software is fantastic because it takes a lot of the tension out of my day-to-day operations. It gives my customers the independence they require to plan everything at their own speed and according to their own time without needing to call me to do it for them. Also I like how I can access my reports and see how my money is doing and where I can make improvements using their analytics. I must say, very impressive.
Cons
If they had a text-back feature for the clients who receive my text message promotions, that would be a great add-on. They sometimes text back the automatic number, and the message is lost in the void, and I have no idea they were trying to respond. At the very least, I believe a message center will be very beneficial.
