Perfect for my salon.
Pros

MediLinks EMR Software is fantastic because it takes a lot of the tension out of my day-to-day operations. It gives my customers the independence they require to plan at their own speed and according to their own time without needing to call me to do it for them. I like how I can access my reports and see how my money is doing and where I can make improvements using their analytics. I must say, very impressive.

Cons

If they had a text-back feature for the clients who receive my text message promotions, that would be a great add-on. They sometimes text back the automatic number, and the message is lost in the void, and I have no idea they were trying to respond. At the very least, I believe a message center will be very beneficial.

Very simple to operate and really easy to use. Contains amazing features that streamline the workflow.

The only con I noticed is that it doesnt automatically save notes and has to be done manually.

Pros

Weve had a fantastic time, particularly with the customer service side of things. I like how simple it is to place orders. The eMAR is easy to use, customize, and navigate. The screens are clear as daylight, and the tooltips are very helpful as well.

Cons

The method of creating reports needs to be simplified; it is currently very time-consuming.

MediLinks scheduling and documentation are simple. It was simple to understand and utilize when we switched to it.

Cons

The system also does not store stuff for you automatically. Pages might take a long time to load if your internet connection is slow.

Pros

Using this software to schedule and document for my clinic has been a breeze. Its ease of use made the transition to it seamless, and learning how to operate it was straightforward.

Cons

One drawback is that being web-based can be inconvenient during power outages or when experiencing slower internet speeds. In such situations, the softwares performance is hindered, and tasks that require quick execution can be delayed.

Great scheduler.
Pros

It was really easy to integrate with my current apps. It was simple to set up and begin using. I use the scheduler on a daily basis and adore it.

Cons

The only drawback is that I cant print out addresses for outgoing calls, and I only make outgoing calls. Every day, I have to write client addresses by hand.

Pros

Ill always be a loyal customer as long as they keep the app simple to use. Medilinks provides everything at a lower rate. By far, there is no competition.

Cons

The emailing capabilities are a little clumsy, and learning all of them takes time, which isnt entirely a bad thing. Its so difficult for a sole proprietor.

Pros

Client scheduling, memberships, bundles, and email marketing are all made easy. I really appreciate the fact that each therapist can function independently and be paid separately.

Cons

Square and Google are not compatible. Other software services, such as email marketing, have similar features at no additional expense. The checkout process can also be made a little simpler.

All the patient chart templates have made it so easy for us to fill in information and diagnose them. The scheduling also makes sure no one misses their appointment.

Cons

We do not enjoy how cumbersome report writing is. They should improve it.

Documentation for PT made easy.
Pros

Evaluation of documentation is quite easy and efficient with this. Being able to save templates makes it better than other documentation systems. Helps in the scheduling of patients and makes it easy for us to locate patient data.

Cons

I find it difficult to navigate within the system, in addition to navigating OASIS start of care. It also lacks the feature of autosave in notes.

Outstanding product with great usability.
Pros

We have had a very positive experience with this software. It is uber easy to understand and operate. As long as you have a computer, you can access the software from anywhere, even at home.

Cons

Overall, it is very decent software, but the only problem occurs during the installation of updates. Once the bugs are fixed, it would become a top-ranked software.

It is easy to use and easy to schedule patients. Documentation process is also simple and also it doesnt have any learning bend as such which makes learning the software easy

Cons

Like most softwares, this one is also web based meaning that if the internet goes down and in the event that you havent saved your work youll have to do it all over again.

It is a simple documentation and planning software to memorize to use. It can be changed to way better work for your clinic with updates accessible and rebuilding of the program to meet your clinics specific needs.

Cons

I do not like that it is web-based. In the event that the control or web goes out, you may lose anything. The software does not consequently spare things for you either. Moderate web speed implies that pages can take a long time to stack.

Pros

The customer service for Mediware is just so great. These people do everything in their power to make the software great and help the users in every way. Billing has been made easier by making improvements in progress notes and assessment sections.

Cons

Being a mediocre product, it doesnt contain any flaws. This is perfect in every aspect. Support and implementation people are outstanding

I appreciate that it alerts me when cosigns are due and notifies therapists when notes are completed.

Cons

Reading notes in a narrative format isnt simple. Sometimes Im unsure where to place documentation leading to potential double entries. Additionally scheduling patients is not an option.

Pros

Medilinks is tailored for rehab meeting our departments needs. It automates insurance authorizations and alerts us for further authorization or billing modifiers. With one system we can chart bill and track productivity.

Cons

Since expanding customer service has declined. Responses to questions are slow and cases are closed even if issues remain unresolved after Medilinks responds.

Compliance is the greatest asset of this product with outstanding research and adherence to CMS rules.

Cons

Transitioning to Medilinks from paper-based documentation has been one of our best decisions. It interfaces with our scheduling system is easy to learn and offers phenomenal customer service. It saves us therapist documentation time and offers customizable reports. Weekly online meetings are helpful and the software is accessible from anywhere.

Cons

Like any software updates are necessary and minor bug fixes require attention. However major issues are rare.

Great customer support, very responsive. Regulatory compliance excellent. Very pleased overall.
Pros

The clean documentation look is much improved and the team is responsive to requests. Medicare and regulatory compliance are well handled with thorough documentation and easy access to information. The AE scheduling package suits our busy clinic well.

Cons

The softwares rigidity can be problematic especially regarding altering or deleting billing codes post-note signing. Transitioning from a more customized package has been challenging. Additionally as an administrator Id like the ability to review and edit my staffs schedule for billing purposes. In AE batch purging of appointments even if scheduled individually would be advantageous.
