One thing I admire about this system is that they continue to release updates for the software with the passage of time. This makes accessing patient files and customizing templates very easy. We are pleased with both the product and the service.

Early on, there was some difficulty with the patient portal, but this was quickly overcome by customer support.

I like how the system is Intelligent, intuitive, and adaptable. Weve been using this platform for our practice, and its been a great cost-effective choice.
Cons
Even after we have uploaded updates, patients have confirmed not seeing them on the patient portal which has caused major confusion among the staff.

Cons
Honestly, the biggest drawback is that the updates are not notified timely on the portal and that causes some confusion among the patients. If they can fix this problem it would be a really good software.

We are glad we found Medsphere because it has everything our practice needs. Now we no longer have to worry about billing and insurance and have hired new staff who got trained on it without any issues.

We are using this platform for our small hospital located in a rural area and it has been a great budget-friendly option. They continue to roll out updates and it is easy to access patient files and customize templates. We are happy with the product as well as the customer service that accompanies it.
Cons
It does not always offer a seamless user experience and we have trouble switching between modules but there has been some progress. It would be better if they could integrate a pharmacy service feature in it too.
