Pros

The ease of use is very impressive and I can easily identify functions and also send text message reminders to patients.

Cons

I now have to add another software to the system but it is easy to learn so thats fine.

A turbulent user experience
Pros

When it works it is easy to use and we can also get help from customer support without any delay in the process.

Cons

The software only works in full-screen mode and we cannot switch between programs. It is also very prone to glitches and we have trouble creating schedules.

I like how Its not difficult to pick up. In general, its dependable - and it sends out a lot of emails if anything goes wrong. There are also numerous tip sheets available.

Cons

Scheduling appointments and processing tests takes a long time.

This system has instant Virtual Exam Room feature that makes sending a visit connection to our patients or their caregivers a breeze.Its easy to use and is very reliable when it comes to office work.

Pros

It is quick to use for our patients,it has put out some helpful updates in only the few months that weve been using the app. We are highly satisfied with this purchase.

Cons

There are a few things that we wish were customizable to our company, such as the content of some patient communications and certain templates.

Pros

It was great at first when I needed a telemedicine software for the first lockdown.

Cons

There are issues with the connection and the video is always blurred. Most of the time the screen freezes and it is not good compared to the other options available.

I love using it and it has the send text feature to remind clients of appointments which is so convenient for me.

The audio has to be refreshed often especially if a new doctor or nurse joins the chat.

Convenient for scheduling therapy appointments
Pros

I love the concept of telemedicine and now I do not have to drive a hour just to see my therapist. I can lie on the couch at home and talk to them whenever it is convenient.

Cons

The software requires codes for connecting and they sometimes give me trouble.

Great for Telemedicine!
Pros

The software automatically log-in and the startup launch is quick. I use it to schedule appointments and it is great for reminding me about upcoming meetings. I can launch the video call right from the platform without having to switch applications.

Cons

The calls often drop which comes across as unprofessional to the patients. Incoming calls will make your exit and log out of the application which is quite inconvenient.

I have had an amazing experience with the app. I can access it anytime, any day. Its super handy and helps me connect with my therapist any time of the day.
