Pros

Their customer service is outstanding, and I have escaped from a technical pit time and time again with my dedicated representative.

Cons

Functionality and ease of use
Pros

They provide excellent support, and the app is significantly faster than the previous version.Its also reasonably priced as compared to other softwares.

Cons

I dont like that If you make a mistake with a charge, you have to uninstall the whole session and start again, which can take a lot of time.

A software that meets all your needs.
Pros

I am not a very computer sound person and I usually do all my billings myself but I can say this with confidence that this software is perfect for a small company like mine. The plus point is that this doesnt crashes often like all the other softwares Ive used. The technical support is also very helpful and responsive.

Cons

Not much to say here because Ive just started using this software and till now Its working perfectly fine for me.

An Acceptable Software But Amazing Customer Support!
Pros

One thing I love about My Client Plus is their customer support, theyre always responsive and helpful. Whenever I have an issue they walk me through the whole thing until the issue is resolved. A thumbs up for the team. Well Done Guys!

Cons

Its a little hard to operate and the guidelines are not very clear.

Hands down, The best software!
Pros

I love this software because its easy to use, no fancy tech experience required to operate; Also they have a lot of templates to choose from which makes it easier to customise. Scheduling appointments and sending reminders has become most convenient. I highly recommend this software.

Cons

Just one thing, I do wish that the notes saved automatically without having to save them because I have lost a few due to this which can be annoying sometimes, other than this I would give this software a 10/10.

Its a good software once you get the hang of it.

Cons

I would say this software is not for everyone to operate. The format is not very user friendly and it takes a long time to learn stuff on it also their customer support isnt very responsive.

Simple and Reliable.
Pros

Its a very simple and easy to use software especially the billing portion.One click and everything is filled in for the insurance portion. The layout is easy to navigate and follow through.

Cons

The only problem with this software is that theres no easier way to make corrections. Also sometimes, the notes go missing and there is no report button for it.

MyClientsplus; definitely putting their clients first!
Pros

This software is easily accessible and effortless to operate. The billing portion has to be one of my favourites, I have never used a software with such admirable strategic management; also the new updated layout is definitely a winner!

Cons

Technical support is always there if any problem arises and usually gets the work done but it does take a good amount of time to fix a mistake and i do wish they had a more convenient way of doing it.

Its no longer usable
Pros

It is not that expensive and when we told them about the lack of templates they said they would add more.

Cons

The standard has gone down and we never heard back on the new templates. The software cannot integrate with other programs either.

Customer service is so bad

It used to be a good company but now they have lost my trust.

The customer service never answers the phone and they are so many hidden charges and the cost is just not worth it.

Pros

It comes at a reasonable price and I can manage my entire practice. Billing is much quicker and all my patient information is stored on a secure server.

Pros

It has an intuitive design and I can complete any task in half the time. The secure encryption ensures our records are safe.

Cons

It does not work as well on the latest operating system and some functions need to be updated to increase compatibility.

Best for billing
Pros

This billing software is the only one we have used where we did not face any technical difficulties with the cloud. It has also increased our insurance reimbursement rate.

Cons

Any problems we had were solved by them promptly.

Pros

It was great for the price when I was only seeing a few patients everyday and I could easily print the files for them and for tax purposes.

Cons

It is difficult to keep track of all the paper receipts and I do not see myself using it any more.

Wonderful customer support staff
Pros

I switched to MyClientsPlus because it offered a better program with a simpler interface. It is now much more convenient for me to file notes and post them online. The customer service is the reason I have stuck with this program despite the initial problems I faced. They do not rest until you are satisfied with their reply.

Cons

It took a long time to move my files from the previous software and I had to wait for the insurance company to process pending claims.

MyClientsPlus did not impress me
Pros

The only thing I like is that the software lets me save the templates so I can quickly add notes and other details to a patients file

Cons

The layout is very odd and the constant lagging makes it not easy to use at all. The website is an aesthetic nightmare and I have a hard time locating the feature buttons.

Pros

It is good if you are searching for a low-cost EHR, otherwise, you have many options.

Cons

The system seems to be outdated to me. It looks like it doesn’t belong from this time. It is neither modern nor clean like any other expensive programs.

The integration is not that great.
Pros

As compared to many other software, this one was inexpensive. It was also easy to gradually add more users to it.

Cons

The system is not well integrated. The templates that the system provides do not meet the legal requirements here in Ohio and they have refused to add the templates that we require. They are not reliable in any matter. The quality seems to have taken a hit, its just going backward. They have also increased the price of it.

Incredible customer support
Pros

MyClientsPlus EHR Software Credit card billing is very efficient. It is not only easy for me, but it is easy for my customers as well. Billing insurance companies are equally easy and efficient.

Cons

I have no problem with this product, but the customer care department could be more helpful at dire times.
