Outstanding customer service

Pros

Their customer service is outstanding, and I have escaped from a technical pit time and time again with my dedicated representative.

Cons

There is no other software to compare it to, so I do not find anything bad to say about it.

User-friendly functionality

Pros

They provide excellent support, and the app is significantly faster than the previous version.Its also reasonably priced as compared to other softwares.

Cons

I dont like that If you make a mistake with a charge, you have to uninstall the whole session and start again, which can take a lot of time.

Ultimate software for my needs

Pros

Although I'm not very computer-savvy and usually handle all my billing myself, I can confidently say that this software is perfect for a small company like mine. One of the best things about it is that it doesn't crash as often as other software I've used. The technical support team is also very helpful and responsive, which makes a big difference.

Cons

Not much to say here because Ive just started using this software and till now Its working perfectly fine for me.

Decent software with amazing support

Pros

One thing I love about My Client Plus is their customer support, they're always responsive and helpful. Whenever I have an issue they walk me through the whole thing until the issue is resolved. A thumbs up for the team. Well Done Guys!

Cons

Its a little hard to operate and the guidelines are not very clear.

Simply the best software!

Pros

I love this software because its easy to use, no fancy tech experience required to operate; Also they have a lot of templates to choose from which makes it easier to customise. Scheduling appointments and sending reminders has become most convenient. I highly recommend this software.

Cons

Just one thing, I do wish that the notes saved automatically without having to save them because I have lost a few due to this which can be annoying sometimes, other than this I would give this software a 10/10.

Pros

It's a good software once you get the hang of it.

Cons

Reliable & easy to use

Pros

Its a very simple and easy to use software especially the billing portion.One click and everything is filled in for the insurance portion. The layout is easy to navigate and follow through.

Cons

The only problem with this software is that theres no easier way to make corrections. Also sometimes, the notes go missing and there is no report button for it.

MyClientsplus: always prioritizing clients

Pros

This software is very easy to access and operate. The billing section is definitely one of my favorites—I've never used a software with such impressive strategic management. The new updated layout is also a big win!

Cons

Technical support is always there if any problem arises and usually gets the work done but it does take a good amount of time to fix a mistake and i do wish they had a more convenient way of doing it.

Annoying & frustrating

No longer functional

Pros

It is not that expensive and when we told them about the lack of templates they said they would add more.

Cons

The standard has gone down and we never heard back on the new templates. The software cannot integrate with other programs either.

Terrible customer service

Pros

It was a great software at first, but now I've lost trust in it.

Best tool for billing

Not well-suited for large clinics

Pros

It was great for the price when I was only seeing a few patients everyday and I could easily print the files for them and for tax purposes.

Cons

It is difficult to keep track of all the paper receipts and I do not see myself using it any more.

Amazing support team

Pros

I switched to MyClientsPlus because it offered a better program with a simpler interface. It is now much more convenient for me to file notes and post them online. The customer service is the reason I have stuck with this program despite the initial problems I faced. They do not rest until you are satisfied with their reply.

Cons

It took a long time to move my files from the previous software and I had to wait for the insurance company to process pending claims.

MyClientsPlus didn't wow me

Pros

The only thing I like is that the software lets me save the templates so I can quickly add notes and other details to a patients file.

Cons

The layout is very odd and the constant lagging makes it not easy to use at all. The website is an aesthetic nightmare and I have a hard time locating the feature buttons.

Fantastic customer service

Pros

MyClientsPlus EHR Software Credit card billing is very efficient. It is not only easy for me, but it is easy for my customers as well. Billing insurance companies are equally easy and efficient.

Cons

I have no problem with this product, but the customer care department could be more helpful at dire times.
