“User-friendly hospice workflow”
Pros
Right away the biggest benefit was how user-friendly it feels especially since it's built specifically for hospice documentation and nothing else. That focused design makes day-to-day charting much more practical. The support team was also consistently available and the training process went really well thanks to the team and the rest of the support staff.
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the high side although I can see the value in it if my census grows.

“constant server issues”
Pros
Getting around the system feels simple and the documentation is simple to find when needed.
Cons
The software has been extremely unreliable with daily connectivity problems, loading errors tied to the Net Health servers and even lost documentation. We never dealt with these kinds of issues in our previous EMR.

“Convenient access for PTs”
Pros
Very user-friendly for physical therapists and the ability to log in from anywhere is a big plus.
Cons
Everything worked really well. It covered the basic needs for a PT without requiring a lot of extra clicking like other systems do.

“Quick setup for hospice teams”
Pros
The setup is simple to understand and manage. As the administrator of Integrated Hospice, it has really helped reduce my workload especially whenever we bring on new staff and need to train and educate them on the system.
Cons
At this point every aspect of the software has met our needs.

“follow-ups and DCs made simple”
Pros
Handling follow-ups and DCs is simple and that's really the biggest advantage.
Cons
FOTO doesn't feel useful for a lot of diagnoses and is difficult to complete. The fall assessment also isn't very good.

“Solid value”
Pros
Working with this platform has been really simple because the features are simple to use and it connects well with the other programs we already rely on. The pricing is also a really good fit for a small private practice like ours.
Cons
It obviously doesn't handle my paperwork for me but it does come with templates that are simple to use and help make that part easier.

“excellent training experience”
Pros
Training was really well done with a nice mix of online sessions and one-on-one help from a representative.
Cons
I still haven't come across a way to delete a claim once it has already been billed. I also haven't seen a way to fix a payment if it was entered incorrectly. Once it's in the system, it seems like it's locked in.

“Recent update is frustrating”
Pros
The interface is visually appealing and very user-friendly which makes a big difference day to day. It helps clinicians document patient notes and manage schedules without much hassle.
Cons
Ever since the update at the beginning of this year, the system has had ongoing glitches that have been really frustrating. Honestly I wish there were a way to return to the version we had before the migration.

“good software”
Pros
Well the pre-written templates make note documentation a lot faster and more accurate. They also help keep me on track by reminding me what needs to be included in each note.
Cons
Customizing the goal templates for each patient can be a bit challenging when trying to make them feel more personalized.

“Solid usability”
Pros
Getting started with the program was simple but it didn't offer as many advantages as WebPT which is why I ended up switching to a different platform.
Cons
It didn't come with as many useful features and toward the end of my time using it, I ran into a few bugs. Everything was uploaded and stored online as well.

“helpful templates for documentation”
Pros
Working PRN as a Speech Language Pathologist at a SNF, I use this software in my second job and it really cuts down the time I spend on documentation. The templates for evaluations, daily notes and weekly progress notes are especially helpful. It also does a good job of tracking my hours and keeping up with my daily schedule.
Cons
Net Health does have some glitches from time to time especially with logging in and syncing data before I clock out. Since everything has to sync successfully before I can leave, it can be frustrating when that process takes a while to finish.

“Rough rollout and weak training”
Pros
From what I've seen the software itself seems promising and should be an improvement over the system we're using now.
Cons
The rollout and training process were really poor. The trainer explained things as if we already knew how to use the system and there were too many features in the test environment that didn't even work properly. It would have made much more sense to begin with a small number of patients for a few days in the real setting. We also weren't given user-friendly handouts to help train the rest of the team. Overall the train-the-trainer approach wasn't handled well because the trainers themselves didn't feel confident with what they had been taught. On top of that, the wait time for IT support is extremely long.
