NextGen Enterprise is a reliable system
NextGen Enterprise is a reliable system
Pros
NextGen is an easy to use and user-friendly system. One thing I like the most about it is that it records everything, like what and when something is get done by an individual.
Cons
One thing that I dislike the most is that there is no mechanism to catch errors for Self-Pay issues.

Easy to customize to fit our needs
Easy to customize to fit our needs
Pros
NextGen is great tool that allows us to customize it as per our needs. But for all the modifications additional investment is required or you must hire a programmer who knows the process.
Cons
If you do not have a programmer on staff then keep in mind you will have to spend a lot of money in order to customize it which may not be suitable for small businesses.

Top-notch EHR software available at a reasonable price
Top-notch EHR software available at a reasonable price
Pros
As per my experience I found NextGen easy to maneuver. Plus it has high-quality functionality and wide range of integration platforms. Also the software is easy to customize and proven to be very useful for us.
Cons
The aesthetics of the software is not the best. As an outdated 32-bit application, we feel like it needs a modern update something similar to EPIC software. Plus its interface feels a bit clunky which requires more clicks compared to other EMR systems. Additionally the permission settings could benefit from a thorough overhaul to prevent potential mistakes.

The best for those on a budget
The best for those on a budget
Pros
If you run a clinic and, on a budget and looking for a complete EHR package (eliminating any nonsense features you never really need), NextGen is the way to go as per me.
Cons
Customer support is not the best. Like when needed, we never get a support instantly. (although they do help when they are finally reached).

Software is helping a lot in Our outpatient services
Software is helping a lot in Our outpatient services
Pros
The NextGen Enterprise software has its pros. Like it is been working out great for us in our ambulatory care clinic. Our revenue figures have been getting better and better ever since we signed up.
Cons
Navigation is not as easy as I expected in the beginning. Plus the price for customization is also a bit too high. Rest is ok!

NextGen's design is sleek & modern
NextGen's design is sleek & modern
Pros
This EHR software not only caters to all aspects of our EHR and administrative tasks in medical practices but also saves our providers time which eventually allow them to focus towards patient care.
Cons
I just wish there were more open APIs that allows software development with compatible proprietary products. And the best thing is that NextGen seems open to exploring such opportunities.
