“Switching to NovoClinical was a total upgrade
Pros
We'd been searching for a new EMR for a while and when we found Novo and saw how open they were to fulfill our specific needs, we decided to make the switch. One big reason we left our previous EMR was their poor communication which was very frustrating. But Novo exceeded our expectations mainly our conversation with Abhrodip Paul has been amazing. He went above and beyond our expectations between long meetings and in-depth emails. His commitment to getting everything set up just right made a huge difference in helping us start using the program with ease.
Cons
The aesthetics definitely needs improvements. Well we heard they are planning to work on that for 2025, so hopefully, we'll see some nice changes soon.
