Pros
During the pandemic OnCall Health has enabled me to maintain a fulltime virtual practice. However I had already been using it before COVID to connect with clients across Ontario. I prefer that it is Canadianbased satisfying PHIPA requirements and stores data on Canadian servers. It is highly userfriendly and the Help Desk provides excellent support with clients able to contact them directly for assistance with setup. I am particularly excited about the recent integration with Zoom as it simplifies the system further for my clients' benefit.
Cons
I'm facing challenges with incorporating online forms finding the task quite daunting. Designing and setting up the forms take me longer than necessary resulting in some forms not getting finished. On the other hand a company I work with provides prepackaged outcome measures which they even score for me and display graphs. Using this service would improve my practice significantly.
