It appears their focus has shifted towards maximizing revenue rather than prioritizing a user-friendly system for medical professionals, especially those with limited clinic experience.
Cons
I am disappointed that my monthly subscription doubled without any real added value.

Very well suited for ketamine treatments and mental health therapy, but with enough extra capability that I can use it for any medical record I need to create. The team is very responsive to any issues and is always looking to improve their product.
Cons
The Osmind team frequently asks for feedback on the minor stumbling blocks that exist, and works on improving them. Although we appreciate the otherwise great Osmind scheduling option, we still require a different scheduling system because the option for clients to self-schedule is crucial for us.

Using Osmind, I can easily organize my work-flow and promptly complete various tasks such as note-taking, invoicing, billing, and sending super bills to clients. Additionally, I have access to numerous evidence-based measures that clients can complete whenever required, and I can effortlessly share their progress and results. Clients have expressed gratitude for the appointment reminders they receive.
Cons
Since the program is new, Ive had to use some client self-scheduling workarounds. However, the Osmind team has reported that there will be future changes to address this issue, so its only a temporary downside.

I am enamored with Osmind's sleek and simple ui along with the continuous integration of new features like scheduling and patient tagging.
Cons
My main issue is that Osmind is still relatively new and requires tweaks, but the support team is responsive and dedicated to improvements. I also wish for the ability to send patient records directly to other providers.
