Very well suited for ketamine treatments and mental health therapy, but with enough extra capability that I can use it for any medical record I need to create. The team is very responsive to any issues and is always looking to improve their product.

The Osmind team frequently asks for feedback on the minor stumbling blocks that exist, and works on improving them. Although we appreciate the otherwise great Osmind scheduling option, we still require a different scheduling system because the option for clients to self-schedule is crucial for us.

Since the program is new, Ive had to use some client self-scheduling workarounds. However, the Osmind team has reported that there will be future changes to address this issue, so its only a temporary downside.
