I appreciated Osmind's developers for their dedication to creating a dynamic tool that is beneficial for ketamine clinics. However, after two years, my optimism has waned. It appears their focus has shifted towards maximizing revenue rather than prioritizing a user-friendly system for medical professionals, especially those with limited clinic experience.
