Cons
I find that customer service does not always know how to help and often has to reach out to someone else. When I do get an answer, it usually is not very helpful.

I find it easily customizable with treatment pathways and like that it keeps all my tools in one place, including billing, marketing and feedback.
Cons
Customer support is inconsistent. I did like to see an option for manual writing on an encounter note, like with an Apple Pen.

The integration process was much smoother than I anticipated. I really value the financial reports and improved accessibility. Reaching out to support staff is quick and everyone I have interacted with has been very helpful and kind.

Pros
I find it easy to book, cancel and manage patients, and I can easily pull reports and send mass emails.
Cons
Photo uploads are not ideal. It would be helpful to have a home page that makes it easy to navigate to each subsection. Also, handling invoices for patients with multiple procedures, treatments or products is challenging.

Pros
I use PatientNow for everything scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. The system handles registration, automatic emails and texts and created emails. Templates are stored and easily accessible, and I can even send and receive faxes within the system.
Cons
Even though we use SecurePayNow through PatientNow, patients still cannot access their accounts and pay their bills directly through the portal.

I can input and chart medical situations with ease.
Cons
I feel we did not receive enough training for the entire staff. We have to go through too many steps to complete simple tasks. As a busy practice, we cannot afford to take 10 minutes to check someone out while 5 to 6 people are waiting.
