I have not use any other systems to compare it to. So cannot say much here

Cons

I find that customer service does not always know how to help and often has to reach out to someone else. When I do get an answer, it usually is not very helpful.

Repta Plastic Surgery Feedback

Pros

I find it easily customizable with treatment pathways and like that it keeps all my tools in one place, including billing, marketing and feedback.

Cons

Customer support is inconsistent. I did like to see an option for manual writing on an encounter note, like with an Apple Pen.

Great System and Customer Support

Pros

It offers everything I need in one system, like scheduling, EMR, payment processing and record-keeping.

Cons

There are too many updates, and the file size is very large, taking up a lot of computer space.

Pros

The integration process was much smoother than I anticipated. I really value the financial reports and improved accessibility. Reaching out to support staff is quick and everyone I have interacted with has been very helpful and kind.

Cons

I cannot think of anything we have not liked about the program so far.

Pros

PatientNow is very easy to use, I also like the great customer service and I like that they continuously improve with updates.

Cons

We have difficulty with some of the consent forms and getting patients to sign them efficiently.

Great Software for a Medical Spa/Derm office

Pros

I find it easy to book, cancel and manage patients, and I can easily pull reports and send mass emails.

Cons

Photo uploads are not ideal. It would be helpful to have a home page that makes it easy to navigate to each subsection. Also, handling invoices for patients with multiple procedures, treatments or products is challenging.

PatientNow in an office- based surgical center

Pros

I use PatientNow for everything scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. The system handles registration, automatic emails and texts and created emails. Templates are stored and easily accessible, and I can even send and receive faxes within the system.

Cons

Even though we use SecurePayNow through PatientNow, patients still cannot access their accounts and pay their bills directly through the portal.

PatientNow software review

Pros

I can input and chart medical situations with ease.

Cons

I feel we did not receive enough training for the entire staff. We have to go through too many steps to complete simple tasks. As a busy practice, we cannot afford to take 10 minutes to check someone out while 5 to 6 people are waiting.

Pros

I liked the initial promise of integrating all my systems into one, but unfortunately, they could not deliver on that. They misrepresented what their system could do.

Cons

Their systems are not integrated and lack basic features that other EMRs and spa software programs offer.

Patient Now is a great choice

Pros

I really like how easy it is to schedule patients, leave notes for my team and manage my own schedule.

Cons

Its not very compatible with a Mac. I had to purchase and download a software called Parallels and it runs slowly.
