This software is capable of many things, It has helped us get our sales up . Overall, The system is user friendly and almost anyone can use it.
Cons

Pros
The app works well. The team is also great. The system is pretty affordable as compared to other softwares.
Cons
Reporting is difficult. The system is inconvenient and inefficient. I bought a Microsoft tablet to use with this app, but its too cumbersome to use, so I dont use it. It is too sluggish

PatientNow software is an outstanding practice management method. From a marketing standpoint, the software is solid; it includes a drip marketing aspect that corresponds to the patients procedures. Recommended!
Cons
PatientNow can be sluggish at times, and so we had to upgrade to the iCloud version to take advantage of some of the newer features it offers.

Cons
The customer service is very poor and it took us weeks to connect with someone just to get the basic setup and installation completed. There are other software providers with better support options.
