Its great to have these visual results to aid in running a practice
Pros

What I like most about the software is that it gives you text messaging to speak to patients directly rather than phone calls, which saves time. Their graphs help us determine where the practice needs to focus its strengths and weaknesses.

Cons

One thing to add is that instead of moving weekly, it would be wonderful to scroll the provider calendar forward by the month. For instance, you would need to click the "week advance" link 12 or 24 times if you needed to make a reservation 3 or 6 months in advance.
