Very adaptable to our clinical needs. Documents are easily modified. It has helped my staff to get everything organized. Their portal and navigation systems are very easy.

It rarely freezes due to some glitches.

PIMSY keeps our clinical work very organized. Its a great asset to our work because it has a user-friendly database. its scheduling feature is a lifesaver!

It has to stay connected to the internet or it loses connection.

This software is made suitable for mental health providers. It has flexible and personalized features that meet your clinical requirements just as you want. Customer service is highly responsive which makes the customization process effective at an affordable price!
Cons
I rarely get an issue of system freeze but that might be due to overloading.

Pros
We were looking for a capable yet budget-friendly EHR system and we got PIMSY. It was the best decision because the set-up was extremely easy and transfer of all the documents was trouble-free. Secondly their customer support provides excellent training programs to understand this software with great capabilities.
