I love PIMSY and have used it for the past several years.

Pros

I love the functionality of PIMSY. It allows me to handle all the tasks necessary for running my practice, including payroll and viewing therapists' notes, among other things.

Cons

I wish it were a bit faster. I think because it's so data-laden, it runs a bit slow at times. Sometimes it feels complicated, so I avoid some tasks, but the customer support is just first class.

Overall, moving to Pimsy has been a very positive experience and we are very happy with the outcome.

Pros

I really like that PIMSY meets all our needs in one program. It incorporates billing, scheduling, and electronic health records and seamlessly connects the three for ease of use.

Cons

From a billing perspective, I would like to file Secondary claims electronically. Also, there are times when I need to drop a claim to paper, and I can't do this on PIMSY. The program could be faster when moving between programs and within the calendar when scheduling.

The customer service team is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.

Pros

The program is full-featured, providing all the tools needed to manage records and submit claims electronically. I don't have to worry about backups or paper files. I appreciate the different permissions for various users, the built-in reports, and the document storage.

Cons

The fact that I can access the same screen/information from multiple places makes it both easy to use and a little cluttered.

Pimsy Rocks!

Pros

I find PIMSY easy to use, with tons of functions and the best customer support ever! The team taught us how to build our system, giving us the knowledge to reduce time when an issue arises.

Cons

Customer service and responsiveness are basically nonexistent.

AN AMAZING PRODUCT WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pros

I value how PIMSY is completely tailored to my needs and wants. It's designed to make me efficient in my day-to-day activities.

Cons

The learning curve is steep. However, it's impossible to have such a product with all the options and customization without a learning curve.

The price is good.

Cons

Not all features work all the time. It is hit and miss. Just saving a document is difficult. I cannot upload additional documents into the system. Customer service and responsiveness are basically nonexistent.

PIMSY is Great!

Pros

I enjoy the ease of use, organization, calendar, reminders if I forget to write a note, and accessibility.

Cons

Other than errors that pop up every once in a while, there is not a lot of negative to say about it. What system doesn't have an error every once in a while?!

Makes reporting and documentation so much easier!

Pros

PIMSY has allowed us to maintain more complete records for our clients and provides the ease to pull information and reports promptly. Our documentation process has become substantially more standardized, ensuring consistent information for any client.

Cons

Since I do not need some of the functions, I have had to find "work arounds" for a few items, but the support team has always found solutions for me.

Excellent Software for our business.

Pros

When I first spoke with our representative, I had 100% confidence that he understood our needs and how to tailor the product to fit us perfectly. He did not try to sell us anything unnecessary. His understanding of the healthcare industry and all office aspects gave us relief, knowing his guidance and support were part of the plan. Each interaction from there was excellent, from the IT guys helping us understand what we needed in the office to billing our first client, handled with patience and professionalism.

Cons

I am still learning all that PIMSY has to offer and look forward to growing into this program.

Pimsy Is Worth Every Penny

Pros

PIMSY has been key to efficiently managing our mental health counseling practice. It has saved us a huge amount of time by allowing us to complete everything from documentation to billing in a fraction of the time.

Cons

My whole experience of transitioning to PIMSY has been a positive one. Of course, there is a learning curve as I start to utilize the different features, but the excellent support staff and extensive training make it all very manageable.

PIMSY in my opinion

Pros

I appreciate being able to add documents, keep track of everything in one place, and build reports.

Cons

It is not Mac compatible, not mobile-friendly, errors are not clear about what is wrong or how to fix them, and most times there is no customer service rep available to help. I have to leave a message and wait for a call back.

Personalized and Professional Team Work!

Pros

I enjoy the personalized experience when requesting support. The PIMSY team works to support me and my organization's needs when planning for future upgrades and in everyday support needs. In most areas, the product is easy to use, easy to train staff to use, and allows for personalization to specific organizational requirements.

Cons

I struggle with using the product to its fullest within our residential programs because I believe the product was initially geared toward outpatient services, which we also provide, but PIMSY has made significant progress in helping us meet those needs.

Pros

I like that it is specific to behavioral health services.

Cons

It is not user-friendly or easy to navigate. It does not have an effective way to track referrals. I am unable to utilize electronic signatures via the client portal. Billing is a disaster.

The PIMSY team is amazing, just like family! It is affordable, and when I get stuck, the solution is always so easy!

Cons

I think the support for PIMSY is great, especially the customer service.

Cons

The treatment plan setup, the glitches of it erasing my data even after I saved it, the spell check function (especially when there are multiple boxes), the intake setup (the way it erases your information on the left side of the field and saves it to the right side of the field, but then when you go back to complete it, you have to scroll on the right column to see what area on the left column is blank) - it's just too much.
