Pros

Using everything in one place made my life easier, although it wasn't flawless. I appreciated not needing multiple monitors or windows.

Cons

I found the billing percentage to be quite steep, and the follow-up service left much to be desired. Dealing with tech support, which was based in Barbados, sometimes posed communication challenges.

Platinum is my go-to for keeping our office organized and efficient. I can access all patient information easily, which helps me assist them better.

Cons

In my opinion, Platinum should expand its digital capabilities within the office. Introducing fillable forms would greatly enhance its utility.

Integrating with Review Wave allowed us to schedule online appointments, which was a useful feature.

Cons

The fact that Platinum isn't cloud-based, which made our tasks incredibly challenging, is simply absurd. It had numerous technical glitches and lacked efficient customer service. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pros

This software simplified our workflow significantly. Having all patient information accessible in one place with fewer steps is a game-changer compared to other chiropractic office software.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks for users transitioning from other software is the outdated appearance and style of the screens. Despite its excellent functionality, the interface feels antiquated and overwhelming due to the absence of modern features like varied fonts, tabs, and color schemes.

Positive review from a chiropractic office
Pros

I have found the automation to be great and the system very easy to use. Learning how to use it was a breeze. The other companies I work with that also use Platinum and need to connect with different applications have expressed satisfaction with our partnership.

Cons

Our experience with the billing department was problematic. We encountered several billing errors that we are still paying for. Many claims were billed inaccurately and we only discovered the mistakes too late to make proper corrections. The financial impact was significant. We have since hired a new billing company but they are still finding errors such as incorrect insurance information and addresses. However customer service has improved. We had difficulty with Platinum's lack of accountability for the mistakes but the situation appears to be improving.

Cons
