The automation is fantastic and the system is super easy to use. Learning how to use it was easy. The other companies I work with that also use Platinum and connect with different apps have all been really happy with our partnership.
Cons
Our experience with the billing department was problematic. We encountered several billing errors that we are still paying for. Many claims were billed inaccurately and we only discovered the mistakes too late to make proper corrections. The financial impact was significant. We have since hired a new billing company but they are still finding errors such as incorrect insurance information and addresses. However customer service has improved. We had difficulty with Platinum's lack of accountability for the mistakes but the situation appears to be improving.
