Allows me to manage double the work with ease

Pros

Populate has lots of useful features but my favorite by far is the SALT called Same as Last Time option. With just one click I can auto-fill visit notes for recurring diagnoses which happens a lot during follow-ups as it saves me so much time. Also I really like the Master Template tool which lets me save templates and reuse them whenever needed.

Cons

I have really enjoyed using this EMR overall. The customer support team is fantastic. They are always quick to respond and very helpful. However billing can be improved a little but aside from that it is a solid platform.
