It is very easy to use. It manages data in such a good and professional way and you can easily send data to other people directly from your computer

Capable for small scale

Pros

Practice fusion combines a range of billing programs and allows EHR functions to work well for our small clinic. The software is regularly updated with new features ensuring efficiency.

Cons

Bugs such as data range filter not corresponding with the calendar. This prompts for the need to manually type. When technical support is contacted, they require irrelevant stuff eg wifi speed etc

Practice Fusion User

Pros

I appreciate the costeffectiveness of this cloudbased system for small medical practices. It offers reasonable monthly pricing. The templating feature for Soap Notes is helpful allowing flexibility in diagnosis coding. Searching for diagnosis codes is made easy.

Cons

Unfortunately customer service and technical support are lacking. The systems rigid parameters especially for procedure notes and operative notes in SOAP format can be limiting. Saving frequently prescribed medications is not supported resulting in timeconsuming electronic prescribing. The notes section can become cluttered and certain required fields for medical billing like Review of Systems and past surgical history are missing. Additionally the inability to include diagnosis codes in templates slows down electronic billing. Lastly meaningful use reporting parameters are inflexible and may not apply well to specialists.

This is the best EMR system I could imagine

Pros

I highly recommend this system to anyone in the healthcare field without hesitation. It provides effortless access to patient information message relay and profile updates. The system simplifies doctor encounters with easy template usage for recording new information.

Cons

The only drawback is the need to update the patients PMH in addition to vaccines and surgical history but this is a minor inconvenience considering the systems overall excellence.

Worst E RX system Clunky beyond belief

Pros

The cost is the only positive aspect however the system is generally clunky and inefficient.

Cons

The eRX system is incredibly clunky lacking the ability to store frequently used medications for easy access. Sending controlled substances can be problematic and the systems repetitive screens are cumbersome. The inability to create custom macros and templates further hinders efficiency.

Worth the hype

Pros

I have used many different EHR software but this one is definitely the best. The features are awesome. I didnt have any major issues but with minor ones, customer support was right there.

Cons

We really like Practice Fusion

Pros

It has been more than 5 years since we are using it and we are very happy with its functionalities. No training is required to understand this software. Super easy to navigate.

I have had an amazing experience with Practice fusion. Lots of templates are available which is great and the software is highly intuitive which is my favorite thing about Practice Fusion.

Cons
