Smooth and seamless.

Pros

It is easy to use and work our way through. It is simple, straightforward, smooth, and seamless. I’m a family medicine practitioner, and I enjoy using practice fusion. It is simple and clear.

Cons

The support team is not very helpful through emails. Also, I don’t like the updates and changes that happen especially without any notification.

PRACTICE FUSION USER

Pros

The option to filter appointments by provider status (pending arrived or canceled) and upload documents to files is available. Patient reminders through email/text are supported.

Cons

It's peculiar how file approval necessitates a separate screen. Adding separate pinned notes is not feasible. There's a desire for the ability to create new cases while preserving old insurances.

MEDICAL RECORDS SOFWARE

Pros

We've been utilizing Practice Fusion since 3013 being the first to adopt it. The software is user-friendly well-organized and provides ample options for users. It consistently updates all necessary information as required by Medicare.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike. I will recommend this software to other healthcare providers given its very acceptable price compared to others.

I used this software when it was free and it was excellent for easy and thorough clinical note documentation. However they started charging for all features altering my positive view.

Cons

Progressively declining and currently abysmal customer support

Pros

The ease of use template creation and straightforward EPCS (when operational) make it relatively affordable. It runs on multiple platforms (when operational) but I don't use the billing and scheduling features.

Cons

Nonexistent customer support across all aspects with ignored tech tickets and unavailable phone support. Numerous issues include recurring problems with e-prescribing difficulties in establishing lab connections and poor rendering on mobile devices.

Practice Fusion Customer Service and Use Issues

Pros

Practice Fusion allows practices to easily connect with multiple billing softwares. Tracking patient records and notes is straightforward. Running reports to identify billing software integration issues is also simple.

Cons

The option to keep documents in a patient file is not user-friendly. Glitches in the bridge to the billing software and slow online support tickets are persistent issues.

Do not sign up with this EMR. Look elsewhere. False advertising.

Pros

It is easy to use. I joined seven years ago because it was free and advertised as always being free. Unfortunately that turned out to be untrue.

Cons

No customer service inability to perform basic functions and challenges in downloading patient charts. Requests for basic functionality remain unaddressed for seven years.

I required a free software to get started, which helped me in. Albeit, there aren’t many features that apply to the chiropractic field. I had many other expenses so starting off with this software helped me a lot.

Pros

For a single or 1-2 team of providers, its a great product. Anything bigger, then a stronger EHR / EMR system would be required. It is easy to learn and use. It was easy to train the providers on how to use the system.

Cons

Lack of characteristics. Manipulating models, making reports, obtaining faxes, testing tests, etc. Only the providers experienced with PF can only set it up.

Cons

Switching EHRs as we need more features that currently this EMR does not offer. They are a bit slow in putting new features into the system.
