Not that great

Pros

It is a good product for all that I require. It can be accessed through phone as well, which has adequate features that helps you get the job done. It is user-friendly. The price seems reasonable. Has the ability to customize. The support is robust at the beginning.

Cons

The system isn’t intuitive. You would need a lot of practice. There aren’t as many collaborators as you’d like. The follow-up after the initial set-up is quite poor.

Practice Fusion

Pros

There isn’t anything good about this system that I can talk about. We are able to submit unsolicited results for our clients, but fifty percent of the time they don’t even receive them.

Cons

Our clients always keep complaining about the fact that the results they receive are half complete. They also face problem while filing results to the patient’s charts.

Does the work

Pros

I like that all the information is in one place. It is easy to access. It is easy to use, and everything else seems to be quite organized, which is great. It does what we require it to do, so we’re doing fine with it.

Cons

For someone like me who doesn’t really know quite the spellings of many medical terminologies, it should have an autocorrect feature added to it.

Pros

Personally I don't have many positive comments about Practice Fusion. While we can submit unsolicited results for our clients half the time they do not receive them.

Cons

Clients facing issues receiving or filing incomplete results for patients' charts are a concern.

Review

Pros

With the help of this software, we were able to understand many programs in the medical field, which is kind of great. I really loved this software when I was in school for medical assistant. In several of our classes, we used it to practice.

Cons

It helped us understand the EMR, so I don’t think that I dislike it in any way.

Customer Support

Pros

It isn’t an expensive product which is why people tend to go for it, and they make it so easy and friendly for you to sign the contract.

Cons

I was only able to connect with the customer support once and that was at the beginning. After signing the yearly contract with them I was unable to get any kind of help from their support team. I wanted to set-up my e-prescription and couldn’t, yet I kept on paying a monthly fee for something I wasn’t even using. The customer support becomes non-existent once you sign the yearly contract.
