Easy to get trapped in the system. Be Careful.

Pros

Initially adequate when free but after charges started the company became hard-nosed unapproachable and unsupportive.

Cons

The contract locks users into paying for a year even if problems arise. The company refuses to honor contract cancellation without cause leading to ongoing charges.

Affordable

Pros

It is a great software and is affordable. It is also an intuitive software. They offer many templates, online forms, and is cloud-based. Is easily accessible. Compared to other EMRs the price of Practice Fusion is not that much. The scheduling is HIPAA compliant.

Cons

Sometimes there are a lot of clicking to do to get somewhere. The template part seems great, but I am unable to use it as it seems quite difficult to me.

Practice Fusion

Pros

Incredibly user-friendly! Among the easiest I've used. Exceptional customer service tailors the entire software program to your needs.

Cons

Due to the program's inability to generate an inventory particularly unsuitable for offices not accepting insurance and those deviating from the conventional model I opted for an alternative company.
