Not free anymore

Pros

It is a great software, regardless of the fact that it isn’t free anymore. They have all the basic features and functionalities needed by any practice including e-prescription. It has a variety of templates. You can enter data easily and it saves a lot of your time. I really appreciate the fact that it was completely free initially.

Cons

There are too many advertisements popping up on your screen and blocking your view. It seems very unorganized. I switched to another software due to a few reasons like linking problems with lab orders etc, and too many advertisements.

BETTER WHEN FREE

Pros

This was fantastic when it was free. It connects to numerous labs, making it easy to import lab data for each patient.

Cons

There is absolutely no customer support. Days go by before you get a response, and often there's just no help. When you do get help, it's spotty. Some support personnel are helpful, but very few.

I used to love practice fusion. Since I'm a solo practitioner it WAS great.

Pros

Navigating was simple with all the custom forms other users had created, and I appreciated that it was a free service.

Cons

I hate that they changed everything and started charging exorbitant amounts every month.

a good practice software with poor support and compatibility

Pros

It has many functions connected to online pharmacies and laboratories, and it used to be free. As a cloud-based system, it allows access from anywhere, and the online version is optimized for touch.

Cons

It's costly and not ideal for people starting their careers in independent practice. There is no iPad app, and the online version is not a full substitute since you cannot have an offline copy of your data. Customer support is quite poor, taking days to reply, if they do. Its not well suited for those outside the USA.

It is a cost-effective software. It does almost everything, it is great for specialists but not for family care. It is a cloud-based system, no need for servers etc. Easily accessible from anywhere. It offers patient portal with direct communication. It has all the basic EMR features that every doctor or physician requires.

The attachments cannot be divided into categories, and there is a lot of free typing.

Absolutely nothing. This company is deceptive, tricking customers into subscriptions with completely false promises.

Cons

This company is fraudulent. They scam customers into subscriptions based on false claims. Once you're locked in, they say those claims were misunderstandings and refuse cancellations or refunds, even though the software is useless.

Very good, for its price

Pros

It's cheap and really simple to use. The synopsis page is great, and there's no need to download a program since it's an online-based system. The patient portal allows direct communication, which reduces a lot of phone calls. It includes basic EMR features like prescriptions, labs, fax, and referrals.

Cons

There's a lot of free typing required. There should be sections for surgical history, social history, and preventive care with templates or quick clicks. Attachments can't be divided into categories. Addendums should be section-specific, not general.
