Cons

Keeps info organized

Pros

The parts I appreciate most are being able to pull forward sections when needed, keeping information organized, tracking client progress through visual summaries, archiving older goals and working with other therapists on documents when we share clients.

Cons

It would be helpful to pull forward only specific parts rather than entire sections and I also wish there were checkbox options.

logical layout!

Pros

I feel comfortable working in Fusion because the layout makes sense to me. I like having access to report templates, easy SOAP note formatting and billing that fits into my workflow. I've also received helpful support from staff when needed.

Cons

At first, everything felt like a lot to take in because there are many features. After spending time with it, things made more sense but the first impression can feel heavy.

Pros

This one has helped me finish documentation faster compared to our previous system. It saves time during busy days.

Cons

The naming of the progress note and the POC can get confusing and I sometimes have to stop and remind myself which one refers to what.

Unable to see who made appointment changes

Pros

I like that I can schedule patient appointments directly in the system without needing another tool.

Cons

I wish I could see who changed an appointment on the schedule. Also, I'd like better alerts when a patient's plan of care is close to expiring.

Pros

Not difficult to pick up

Pros

New staff members pick it up fairly quickly and I like that it's designed with pediatric clinics in mind. The templates match the needs of the younger population we work with so it feels like a natural fit instead of trying to adapt something meant for adults.

Cons

One issue I run into is that the report filters feel awkward to work with. The new �case� setup adds extra steps to scheduling that slow me down instead of helping. There are times I try to run the older reporting options and they simply don't load so I eventually stopped using them altogether.

Got used to it quickly!

Pros

After spending a little time with it, moving around the system felt more familiar and I stopped having to think about where everything was.

Cons

When I was completing a progress note, I noticed there wasn't a spot for my subjective section so I had to go back and write a daily note as well. It made the process longer than it needed to be for one session.

Easy to use platform

Pros

I appreciate that I don't have to wrestle with it to get my work done. It's simple to get comfortable with and doesn't feel overwhelming when you're learning it.

Cons

I get frustrated that I can't pull a simple list of upcoming appointments without going through multiple layers. On top of that, when an appointment is canceled, it still lingers faintly on the schedule, which can create confusion when glancing at the day.

Pros

I enjoy being able to see my schedule clearly and having all the tools I use sitting in one spot on the left side. I don't have to jump around a lot to find what I need.

Pros

It doesn't require much tech knowledge to figure out, which makes it less stressful for people who are not as computer?focused.

Cons

Using Fusion on an iPad can feel a bit more awkward compared to using it on a laptop or desktop. The spacing and tapping don't feel as comfortable so I usually switch devices when I can.

Well laid-out UI

Pros

I like how the program is arranged. The tabs along the side of each chart help me move from one section to another without confusion.

Cons

Scheduling appointments can become time?consuming because I have to re?enter names and details that feel like they should carry over automatically. If I forget to add the therapist's name, I have to leave the screen completely to fix it. It would help a lot to be able to pick from existing times and make quick edits without starting over.
