Documentation is easy but lacks a mobile app

Pros

Writing SOAP notes feels manageable and I don't spend time hunting around for where things are.

Cons

It would help me if there were an actual app. I'm not always able to bring a computer with me and using a browser on my phone isn't as smooth.

Works on all devices

Pros

Being able to access patient information from any device with internet has made things easier for me. I don't have to depend on clinic computers or deal with extra equipment.

Cons

In some parts of the documentation, I can't apply or modify the �add from last� option, which slows down the process when I'm trying to complete multiple notes.

Easy to manage :)

Pros

My favorite part is that I can move through it without getting stuck. It fits the pace of my work day.

Cons

Every once in a while, my work doesn't save, even though I thought it did. Having to rewrite something I already finished is frustrating, especially on a full schedule.

Pros

It has helped us avoid unnecessary expenses and it works well compared to other programs we've used, which often feel outdated or clunky.

Cons

There are a few special situations where I still have to think carefully about the steps to take. There are also some small usability details that could be polished but none of it is enough to stop me from recommending the system to others.

Note templates take no time to fill up

Pros

It's nice how the scheduling ties directly to documentation so I'm reminded to complete notes. Once I set up my note templates, filling them in becomes much quicker. The evaluation forms cover a wide range of needs, which helps a lot.

Cons

Having managers or supervisors sign off on notes takes longer than I'd like. The process feels repetitive and it adds extra time to the end of the day.

Pros

Writing daily notes goes more smoothly for me because I can bring forward activities from previous sessions instead of rewriting everything every time.

Cons

During check-in, I feel like I'm clicking through more choices than I really need. It can make the start of a session take longer than it should.

Pros

Responsive support staff

Pros

I find it quick to work in and when I've needed help, the support team has responded well. Pulling information for reports is also something I can do without jumping through hoops.

Cons

I find myself wishing there were more ways to customize things. For example, it would help to see therapy hours directly on the calendar. I'd also like to mix different report fields together to build exactly what I need. Sometimes updates affect how we work and we don't know ahead of time, which can interrupt our workflow.

pull?forward feature is my favorite

Pros

I use the pull?forward feature often when completing daily notes since it saves typing time.

Cons

Not totally sure if this already exists but having appointment reminders sent out automatically would make things easier. I use the web version so I'm not sure if there's an app that does this.

Perfect for therapists!

Pros

I appreciate that this system feels like it was built with therapists in mind. I picked it up quickly, locating documents is simple, completing notes feels natural and I like how the schedule uses color in a clear way.

Cons

I sometimes have trouble with the patient check?in pop?ups not showing correctly, though I'm not sure if that's the system or my device. Other than that, I don't have complaints.

Easy for clinical notes but intake is clunky

Pros

My team was able to learn how to complete their session notes without difficulty, which helped us get moving faster.

Cons

I feel like the intake process could be smoother overall. The platform is already one of the pricier options for OT/ST clinics, yet we still have to pay extra for intake paperwork. On top of that, I'm paying full price for some team members who only use it occasionally, which adds a heavy cost.

Support is not available when we need them

Pros

For my clinic, it acts as an all?in?one tool for managing the practice. The knowledge base helps me learn features when needed and I like that it was developed specifically for pediatric care.

Cons

The newer Insights feature does offer more ways to run reports but sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get the exact information I'm looking for. There are even times when I can't get the data I need at all. Also, getting in touch with support has become harder over the years, which is frustrating when we need answers.

It doesn't take long for others to learn how to use it either and I like being able to pull parts of older notes forward and still make edits afterward.

Cons

Every so often, when I click on a patient's chart, it opens a different one by mistake. This usually happens when I'm writing notes and moving quickly.
