“excellent note flexibility and fast billing”
Pros
Really nice how the note layout works. I can switch from a short summary to a full note quickly, which helps when I only have a few minutes between sessions. Billing feels easier too because errors are flagged right away. I also appreciate how fast I can pull up a patient's history and documents when I need to reference something and the automatic remit updates help keep billing organized.
Cons
I really wish there were more evaluation tests available to fill into progress notes such as REEL or Rossetti. I'd also love an easier way to schedule appointments that repeat on specific weeks of the month, like the first Monday or the first and third Tuesdays. It would also make a huge difference if secondary billers could view the original primary remittance automatically instead of having to chase it down. And for smaller or newer practices, a lower?tier billing option for caseloads under thirty would help a lot.

Pros
I use the option to bring forward past information a lot because it saves time and keeps details consistent across sessions.
Cons
When I sign into it on my phone, it logs me out of my laptop automatically. I'd prefer it only log me out when I choose to sign out myself.

It brings goals, documents and daily notes into one place, which helps me gather and review information clearly. I like how the completed forms look, especially when graphs display progress. Having a goal bank and quick phrases also saves time.
Cons
I wish I had more freedom to reorganize and adjust items myself like being able to sort the goal bank or display quick phrases more clearly. It would also help if supervisors could make certain fields required to fit Med B rules instead of relying on users to remember what to fill in.
