Pros
I like that I can get to patient files, appointments and previous session details without searching too hard. The pull?forward feature while writing notes has been very helpful.
Cons
Hover feature when selecting session times is a bit complex. I also wish I could quickly see totals for visits, cancellations, no-shows and how many were in-person vs teletherapy instead of counting everything by hand for reports.

It feels built with rehab professionals in mind and certain processes feel organized in a way that suits our work.
Cons
Not being able to create my own text shortcuts slows me down. In other systems I've used, I could type short codes and they would expand automatically. It would also help if I could make my own bullet point lists and customize report templates without needing admin access every time.

Cons
Reaching someone for support can take longer than I'd like. I also feel the subscription cost is high, especially for long-term users. A loyalty discount for clinics that stick around would go a long way.

Cons
Point-of-service notes are tough because objective activities don't carry over and re-evaluations require a lot of copy/paste from previous notes. Also, newer test editions still aren't added, which adds more manual work.
