I like being able to set repeating sessions without having to manually re-enter them every time.
Cons
When I click someone's appointment, it doesn't take me straight to their profile. I have to hover just right to get there and sometimes it takes several tries which gets annoying.

Cons
When I'm looking at files in the chart, I wish I could just click the file name. Having to tap the little eye icon every single time feels unnecessary.

Pros
The reminder system is helpful and filling out daily notes goes pretty quickly. I also like the short text shortcuts and the alerts that show up when schedules change.
Cons
Having to reset my password so often drives me nuts because I can never remember the new one. I'd also love a small birthday reminder, maybe a tiny icon or something on the schedule.

In my experience the scheduling and record system work in a pretty standard way, similar to what I've seen in other places.
Cons
Working with this system has been frustrating because the support team rarely steps in when needed. I feel like the billing side is advertised as something strong but in reality, it falls short and doesn't handle the workload they claim it can.

For the most part, it functions the way I expect. When I do have questions, the support team does make an effort to respond and assist.
Cons
The goal lists feel inconsistent across forms. For example, on daily notes they show up in one order and on evaluation forms they are shuffled around, which makes comparison confusing. Some text boxes are also too small so I have to switch sections just to read what I typed.
