What stands out for me is how the tabs are laid out. I can move around the site with so much ease.
Cons
It gets tricky when more than one therapist needs to work on the same client's notes at the same time. I've run into situations where we have to wait for each other, which slows things down.

Pros

Cons
When the system freezes, my notes freeze too and don't save. It's frustrating to redo work because the program locked up in the middle of writing.

I found it helpful that Fusion separated SOAP notes from other paperwork so things don't get mixed up and I can get to what I need faster.
Cons
Uploading larger files gave me trouble. If the document size was big, it either stalled or failed.

Pros
The schedule tools, insights reports, documentation templates and goal tracking charts have made organizing everything so much easier.
Cons
We have a lot of PRN therapists who only work occasionally and paying full price for them each month doesn't feel fair. It would help to have more flexible billing options for part?time staff. I'd also love a way to shift an entire day's schedule to a different therapist in one step. And when doing evaluations or progress reports, I don't always want a daily note to automatically generate. It would also save time if we could set goal mastery levels in bulk instead of adjusting each one individually.

Pros
What I appreciate most is having everything tied together in one place. I can schedule, send reminders, message coworkers, handle billing and finish notes without switching platforms.
Cons
I'd really appreciate a small reminder or notification when a client's birthday is coming up. If this exists already, I haven't figured out where to find it yet.

Cons
I wish there were a place to track annual Plans of Care and filter them easily since certain agencies require them. Being able to pull a monthly list of who needs a new POC would make things so much easier.

Pros
Out of the systems I've used, this one has felt the most natural to work with. The intake forms have helped us cut down on paperwork and billing questions get answered quickly.
Cons
I'd like more strength in the reporting tools. It would help if I could run reports based on deductible or out?of?pocket numbers and see who changed or moved appointments. It would also be helpful to have communication history tracked directly in the patient file for emails and reminders.

What I really like is being able to bring notes forward from past sessions. It saves time when I'm reviewing progress and the charts make it easier to spot changes when I need to look back at older data.
Cons
Sometimes I notice that when I work on my notes, the parts I deleted last session show up again in the objective section which is annoying. I also wish co-treatment sessions stood out more on the schedule instead of looking like just multiple names selected together. Having a different color or marker would make it much easier to tell.

Everything stays tidy for me. Notes, evaluations, schedules, color labels and expiration dates are laid out in a simple way. I also like that the system reminds me when progress reports or evals are due so nothing slips past me.
Cons
It can be frustrating when I sign in on another device and it kicks me out everywhere else. It makes it tough when I'm working across multiple places. Also needing to enter both a progress note or evaluation and then a daily note for billing feels repetitive and takes more time than it should.
