“Great system for my needs!

Pros

As someone not very tech savvy I appreciate the simplicity of the billing and claim processing features. Once I grasped the system maintaining my practices administrative needs became effortless.

Cons

I wish more of the insurance providers I work with were connected to PracticeMate.

Most of our payors use Practice Mate for payments which is quick and convenient. The tech support is reliable and supportive especially regarding Timely Filing issues.

I cant think of any drawbacks Practice Mate fulfills all my requirements.

An autofill option for boxes 25 and 31 through 33 would be beneficial for small practices.

Practice Mate fulfills all the needs of my chiropractic office and while training employees takes time the system is straightforward once mastered.

Although I have both 15minute and 30minute appointment slots I can only select one slot for all appointments. This occasionally causes scheduling conflicts but otherwise Im content with Practice Mate.
