“Rapidly creates complex protocols

Pros

We've been able to use it to rapidly and easily create complex supplement protocols along with precise instructions for each visit. I haven't come across any other software that would allow that. Its integration with Instant Medical History saves every provider multiple hours per week.

Cons

I had only minor error messages and occasional instability when we ran it on our custom, on-premises server and those issues have been nearly eliminated since we migrated everything to the cloud.

“Remembers the way I document

Pros

I find the software extremely easy to use with a high degree of customization available. I appreciate that it learns the way I document and automatically brings elements of my previous entries into new notes.

Cons

In my experience the database can be fairly demanding on system resources so I've had to verify that every workstation has sufficient RAM and capacity to run it smoothly without slowing down.

“Helps me with my practice

Pros

I've noticed that Praxis's "Concept Processor" charting engine actually adapts to how I think which lets me document patient encounters with remarkable speed and accuracy in ways that rigid template-based EMRs simply don't allow. It even helps me provide better medical care.

Cons

I can't find anything to complain about with this product. In my experience it stands out as a rare gem amid the otherwise formulaic, template-driven EMR wasteland.

“Their team is always available

Pros

I'm finding the product very convenient and the vendor is wonderful. They're always available whenever I need help.

Cons

We don't really have any complaints and we like how it works. The only time we run into trouble is when our internet is down. Otherwise, the software works great.

“Constantly improving

Pros

We're impressed by how quickly they respond to our needs. They're always working to improve the product and their support has been superb.

Cons

There isn't anything amiss right now and the software performs reliably.
