Pros
We always believed we were doing a good job providing the best care for our patients when it came to preventative services, but once we started using Prevounce, we realized that there is a lot we need to learn and improve. Prevounce makes it easy for us to stay compliant with Medicare and it is also user-friendly. Also, the software helped us streamlining our AWV process and boosted ancillary revenue by providing precise information on when patients are eligible for their next wellness services. Above all the implementation team was very supportive as they guided us through each step and even suggested workflow adjustments to improve both efficiency and patient care.
Cons
If there is one thing I'd like to point out as a con, it will be the absence of an integrated training portal. Without it we had to reach out to support more often whenever we face a problem in our workflow. Nevertheless, the support team assisted us well as they are always helpful, available and really attentive to our needs.

“Integrating it with our EHR was not a problem”
Pros
The interface is very simple and user friendly. We love the automated billing reports as they provide us with a clear view of what's happening in our practice. Also it is easy to integrate it with our EHR and helps us to be better in our operations, especially when it comes to identifying and delivering wellness care.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to complain about. Everything we want or need is already available.

“Prevounce is a comprehensive software!!!!!”
Pros
It's an all in one program that covers nearly all preventive services. We rely on it for Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, Chronic Care Management and even PPO mental health screenings. it has replaced three other systems we used to rely on, so now we only need our EMR and Prevounce. It also saves us time when working mainly with its pre-emailing system for patient info. The automatic eligibility check feature is the best as it ensures we aren't wasting time on ineligible patients. They even created custom handouts and reports for us that have proven to be really helpful.
Cons
The training took a bit longer than expected umm like 2 hours, when it probably could have been completed in an hour. We also had to use it without EMR integration for a few weeks because of which we had to spend 30 to 40 extra seconds per patient. But now it is integrated which is nice.

“Customizable and reduces manual effort”
Pros
The software significantly reduced our training time by guiding users through each service. Previously, I worried about staff forgetting service requirements with paper-based methods, so the enforced compliance is very beneficial. While we were already performing many tasks, the software ensures we can bill for and earn MIPS credit for them. For example, it guarantees we address all points for obesity and exercise discussions to make them fully creditable. It also streamlined patient handouts, allowing for patient-specific customization using our logic. Also, the personal time with Prevounce staff is invaluable; they understand our practice and suggest the most beneficial preventative services. Their consulting adds a customized touch to the software.
Cons
To integrate our EMR we had to pay a bit of money, so we decided to hold off for some time. Also, with Prevounce we had to spend 15 to 20 seconds extra to enter patient info and then drag and drop reports into our EMR which is quite frustrating for the staff. But honestly, the time we save compared to using our EMR or dealing with paper is totally worth it. And even though the software took care of billing, we had to go back and forth a lot with Prevounce at first to get everything set up. Now everything’s running smoothly.

“Customer service is the best and deserves 5 Stars”
Pros
In the beginning the software worked well for our needs but I admire the fact that the team still went above and beyond to customize it even more perfectly to our practice. I can't say enough good things about them. Their support is simply the best or you can say exceptional.
Cons
Prevounce isn't bug free but the support team is always there to assist when help is needed and resolve any issues. So we are happy!
