Good, Not Great, Practice Management Program
Pros

Setting up new patients and updating information is a breeze. Claims submission is quick and error-free, with excellent integration and minimal errors.

Cons

While some features are excellent, others are not user-friendly at all. For example, the patient transaction history screens are confusing and not helpful.

Switching to Practice admin brought numerous benefits, including convenient insurance card viewing, accessible Trizzetto, comprehensive training, and a streamlined flow throughout the program.

Cons

One drawback is that when you delete an ERA from posted/pending review, it ends up in the unprocessed ERAs, requiring additional steps for deletion.
