Amazing features and very customizable

Pros

We were able to eliminate three other tools to have everything in one place. It's very customizable and let us automate many steps and reduce unnecessary clicks.

Cons

It's a bit more powerful than what we were using before so it's going to take some time to really get the hang of everything this program can do.

Good start, going strong for the last 3 months

Pros

Everything's going smoothly so far at our small downtown Chicago clinic. I'm especially impressed with how the custom dashboard is tailored for our ENT practice. The medical billing, patient scheduling, reporting, and compliance features are all working seamlessly, making everything more efficient and streamlined.

Cons

None yet.. but keeping one star in reserve just in case.

Its ideal for specialty practices but decent for general medicine

Pros

Works well in our Oncology consultancy and covers the basics of patient records keeping, billing, scheduling and prescriptions without issue. I have heard similar things about the program from colleagues in other specialties. A lot of dashboard/workflow customization options.

Cons

I think they've focused their interface design on specialties. Need to offer more filters/custom reports for general practices. Not a complaint but a suggestion.

I would highly recommend for orthopedic practices

Pros

The practice management portal feature is great. We particularly like the system's orthopedics modules (especially the anatomy referencing guide).

Cons

May be a little costly for startup clinics.

Pros

It's an excellent way to access both live and historical data, giving you a complete view of everything in real-time and over time.

Cons

Every time there's an update, I have minor issues until the bugs are fixed.

Our office tried Pulse mainly for reminders and task management and it worked very well.

Cons

I think if we had used it longer, we would have really liked it. However, the company chose a different product.

Pros

Their hands-on approach to client service is fantastic and their funnel system is really easy to understand and navigate. It makes everything much simpler and more efficient.

the mobile app is really convenient

Pros

I love the mobile app. I use it daily to look up statistics and fill out daily reports at work. You can also see which employees are clocked in or out, which is useful.

Cons

The iOS app differs slightly from the Android app. I wish they were identical for consistency in management.

One tool, so much functionality

Pros

What I love most about Pulse is that it combines at least three different automation systems on one platform. This means they all work together seamlessly, eliminating the need for any manual input or intervention. It's all automated and super efficient!

Cons

Honestly, the only thing I can think of is to keep expanding the interfaces and functionality. It's already amazing, but being greedy, we want more. hehe :)
