“Affordable and highly adaptable”
Pros
The system is fairly easy to use and keeps things simple. Also it is flexible and doesn't make you jump through hoops to get tasks done. Plus I really like that it has built-in storage for lab results so patients can easily check them through their portals anytime they need. The best part is that it works on both PCs and phones, which has been a huge help for getting work done even when I am not at the clinic. I'd definitely recommend other physicians give this software a try!
Cons
I haven’t come across anything I do not like about Care360. Best service for my practice

“I recommend it .... It is simply amazing”
Pros
I really like how well the patient development features work together and the system is super easy to use. The interface is simple, clean and nicely organized. One of the best parts is being able to do charting and take notes right on the iPad during patient visits which saves so much time. It's clear that the company is focused on improving the user experience and the customer support team at Quest Diagnostics is always polite and ready to help.
Cons
I have not had any issues with the system so far. I am completely satisfied with the service and is even better than I expected.

“Offer easy access to records”
Pros
Once you are trained, Quest Diagnostic EHR is really easy to use. In just a few weeks, you can completely eliminate paper records from your practice. Honestly this is the best EHR for everyday tasks.
Cons
At times the server goes down unexpectedly because of scheduled maintenance, and it causes a lot of frustration because everything happened without a prior warning.

“No interruptions, fully operational”
Pros
QD interface is amazing and so easy to navigate. Plus I love that you can handle the entire physical exam on your own with it.
Cons
One thing that I find pretty odd is that not all the local pharmacies are in the system library.

“Confused about the cost vs. value”
Pros
The only good thing is that we can integrate it with any other third-party software. That's it!
Cons
The software is not easy to use and I feel like the patient records are not secure on this platform. Plus customer support is not helpful either and that is if you even manage to get in touch with them.

The system is easy to learn and simple to use. And viewing and ordering labs is also very easy for both patients and providers.
Cons
Its just that it doesn't include as many features as other softwares in the market but its just right for my use.

We often have trouble finding pharmacies on the system. Lately, the server keeps losing connections, and we end up stuck on the spinning wheel of death way too often.

“Quest Diagnostics is a decent software”
Pros
It works pretty well for our practice and does exactly what it is supposed to, though there are a few hiccups here and there.
Cons
Most of the time it is difficult for us to find pharmacies on the system. Also at times the server loses connection, which causes a lot of problems.

“Works well for us”
Pros
Quest Quanum is simple and works well for anyone just starting out with their first EMR system. Plus the interface is fairly basic and easy to figure out, but they do not really offer any extra help or client support, which is a bit disappointing.
Cons
There have been times when the system just crashes and leaves us completely stranded. It is especially bad during clinic hours, wasting time and even causing loss of patient data. They do not even offer any offline backup or archive options but just a small message saying there is a problem, and it might take them a while to fix it. Plus, they throw in a generic apology, and that's it. You are left with nothing to do all day, with no solution except going back to the old paper and pen method. And do not expect any customer support. If you want them to come on-site to help set up the system, they make you pay for their tickets and expenses.

“Very user-friendly”
Pros
The interface is quite simple and clutter-free, which I really like. Also it's easy to access data without having to go through too many clicks. We also use a plug-in bridge that makes it highly convenient to pull the relevant patient data from the EHR system.
Cons
Customer service at quest diagnostics is poor. When we are connected, they keep redirecting your call to several other operators to get to the one who might help you resolve your issue. Entering information for new patients into the system is a time-consuming process because it does not bridge unless directly entered into the system.

“Great service and basic layout”
Pros
The system’s layout is quite basic that pretty much anyone can use it without needing much training, if any. Also I love how the EHR integrates with lab reports as it makes requesting and receiving lab results super simple for both patients and doctors, no matter the time.
Cons
Well the company offers only a limited number of functionalities. There is very little room for customization compared to other competitor products on the market. But all in all, I would say Quest diagnostics does justice to the services it does provide.

“Service is fair but inconsistent”
Pros
Issuing e-prescriptions is super easy, and the system is simple to work with as it saves you from hassle. But the downside is that if something goes wrong, it throws everything off and can be really tough to fix. And while they do not offer a ton of customization options, the ones they do have are helpful to some extent.
Cons
Every time they update or move a server or even when they do not, we run into issues. We have had little to no access for the past two workdays, and there's not even a read-only archive available. When the system goes down, you cannot access records, prescriptions, notifications, lab reports or anything at all. If you have gone paperless, you're really in trouble. And this past year has been the worst in a long time. On top of that, if you don't pay extra for upgrades, you cannot even continue doing MIPS or anything else. Plus the cost keeps going up, but the service just gets worse.

“Terrible, terrible, terrible...”
Pros
Quest Diagnostics software price is quite reasonable but other than that I didn't find anything good about it. So I guess it's true that quality usually comes at a cost.
Cons
The software has no back up mechanism and has inactive customer support service which ultimately affects the productivity of users like us.

“Not worth the cost”
Pros
The Quanum Quest system works pretty well when everything is running smoothly, but that doesn't seem to last long. It does let me document charting notes, which is helpful. Plus, it is good for storing patient data, including charts and lab results.
Cons
A total scam for a system. Customer service is a joke. Like they offer no help and are very unprofessional. They misled me by saying I could add my own templates, but that's not true at all. The system shuts down way too often due to maintenance issues. They use a third-party provider Kareo, for scheduling which is even worse than Care360. It never integrates with the system information regarding reports and labs. To do it manually is too much hassle.
