Great value for money. Very adaptable.
Pros

The system layout aims to provide maximum ease of use. It is flexible and simple. Does not require too many steps to fulfill a task. Built-in storage for lab results which patients can access through their portals whenever they want. The software is compatible with both PC and phones, which allows me to get so much work done outside of the clinic as well. Would definitely recommend more physicians to opt for this software!

Cons

I haven’t come across anything I do not like about Care360. Best service for my practice

Highly recommended. Brilliant software
Pros

Patient development features integrate together very well. I love how easy to use the system is. The interface is simple and very well organized. Amazing this is that we can now do charting and note-taking on the iPad during a patient visit which saves a lot of time. The company is always working towards enhancing user-experience and the customer support at Quest Diagnostics are courteous and always willing to help.

Cons

There have so far been no problems with the system. Fully satisfied with the service and then some.

Quick and fast software
Pros

Very Simple to access patients data and reports. Quest Diagnostics EHR is truly an amazing software.

I had no issues with the software. Pretty smooth sailing till now and I pray that it stays this way.

Constant access to all records
Pros

It is very easy to use once you get trained. You can rid your practice of all paper records within a few weeks time. This is the best EHR for daily use.

Cons

Sometimes the scheduled maintenance causes the server to go down without a warning.

The only good thing is that we can integrate it with any other third-party software.

It is not easy to use and the patient records are not safe on this platform. The customer support does not care either and that is when you get in touch with them.

Pros

Quest Quanum is simple and good for people who are just getting started with your first EMR system. The software interface is quite basic and easy to learn to operate considering they provide you with no further help or client support.

Cons

There have been times when the system goes out of order and leaves you completely stranded. Causes so much trouble during clinic hours, wastes time and loss of patient data. They don’t even leave you with any offline archives backup. Only a small window that states there’s a problem that might take them some time to resolve. Along with it, a superfluous apology. And that’s all you get from them for wasting your whole day with nothing to go on, no alternative solution but the old-fashioned paper-pen. There is no customer support whatsoever and if you want them to come on-site to help set up the system, they ask you to pay for them for their tickets and related expenses.

Pros

A simple interface with no cluttering. Data is easily accessible. No excessive clicks required. We use a plug-in bridge that helps pull out the relevant patient data from the EHR system.

Cons

Customer service at quest diagnostics is poor. When you are connected, they keep redirecting your call to several other operators to get to the one who might help you resolve your issue. Entering information for new patients into the system is a time-consuming process because it does not bridge unless directly entered into the system.

Promising service with a simple layout
Pros

The layout is so well laid out that anyone can operate the system with minimal to no prior training. Integration of the EHR with the Lab reports is very useful, requesting and receiving labs at any time is super easy for both patients and physician.

Cons

The company offers only a limited number of functionalities. There is very little room for customization compared to other competitor products on the market. All in all, Quest diagnostics does justice to the services it does provide.

Average service, when it works
Pros

Easy to issue e-prescriptions. Working simple and hassle-free. But if there is an error, it messes up the whole balance and is very difficult to fix. They do not offer a lot of customization options but those that are there are helpful to a certain degree.

Cons

Every time they overhaul or relocate a server, even at times when they dont, we have issues. We have had constrained to no access now for 2 work days. not even a read-only archive. At the point when this framework goes down, you cant get to records, prescriptions, warnings, lab reports or anything. furthermore, in the event that you have gone paperless, you are in a bad way. This previous year has been the most noticeably bad of numerous years. Whats more, in the event that you dont pay more to update, you cant even continue doing MIPS or anything. The cost increases and service worsens.

The software is relatively cheap but there are no positive features in it. Quality comes at a price.

Waste of money
Pros

The Quanum quest system works quite decent when everything is fine. But that’s not lasting. It does let you document your charting notes. Good for storing patient data including charts and lab results.

Cons

A total scam for a system. Customer service is a joke. They offer no help and are very unprofessional. They misguide you saying that you can add your own templates when you can’t. The system shuts down way too often due to maintenance issues. They use a third-party provider Kareo, for scheduling which is even worse than Care360. It never integrates with the system information regarding reports and labs. To do it manually is too much hassle.

Beyond satisfied with the excellent service
Pros

The layout is simple and helps us navigate through things easily. My favorite feature of the Quest Diagnostics EMR is the dashboard. It allows me to preview relevant/latest information and stay on top of things at all times. We are very happy with the way this system has helped us make our practice easier and more efficient. We have been using the same system for five years now and we have never considered another option.

Cons

The company claims there will be an update that fixes the patient portal which is currently very faulty and difficult to operate since most of our clientele is older people with little computing ability.

I have been a loyal client with Quest Diagnostics for two decades now. I have seen the company and their services grow. With consistent good customer service, Care360 has been and will continue to be my first choice for an EMR software. I especially find their functionalities, although limited, but very efficient. Documentation, Labs are well integrated. Integration with third-party software for scheduling and billing etc. works seamlessly.

My experience with Care360 has been very good over the years. They have great people at the customer service who handle your problems really well and deliver quick solutions. The system is efficient and accurate in uploading and recording data. It has been a great medium for us to share patient information with other providers effortlessly. It is great relief to know we are putting our trust in good hands and our data confidentiality will stay intact. I would very much recommend this EMR to be used for medical practice. Whatever the glitch be, one phone call to the customer care suffices for them they help deal with it.

Cons

As much as I love the security policy but the time-out can be a little frustrating at times as they log you out within a matter of minutes if you do not make interaction with Care360. Our server itself is not the fastest and it takes a while interacting with PTs or when I need to access something quickly, so it is a nuisance when I have to log back in multiple times a day.
