handy e-prescribe with quirks

Pros

The e-prescribe feature is honestly the only part of RXNT I use. It's handy because providers can sign prescriptions from home.

Cons

Sometimes a provider I pick on my side gets switched back to the previous one, so the prescription ends up incorrect at the pharmacy. It takes a bit of practice to figure out the quirks.

Pros

simple scheduling, awkward navigation

Pros

Setting up appointments is super simple. Support staff really help me learn how to use the system properly.

Cons

We keep getting logged out of the system. Switching between screens especially for billing, is awkward.

Pros

Works right on a cell phone so there's no need to log into a computer. Fast, easy and reliable.

Cons

If you buy a new phone, customer service will close your support ticket before it is properly set up on that new phone.

Affordable and user-friendly

Pros

Affordable, user-friendly, saves previous usage info and allows prescribing remotely via mobile phone.

Cons

No real complaints, it's easy to operate. We're only using it for prescriptions so can't judge the EMR features. It doesn't tie directly into our current EMR. Still the RXNT staff moved our patient records into the system with no problems.

developers ignore user workflow

Pros

Switching from paper was simple and during the many early years it really served us well. Sadly they've since moved away from what made it strong.

Cons

Developers need to collaborate with users! The dev team always seems to push their own priorities without considering the impact on people who actually use it. Their so-called 'improvements' wreck our workflow!

a huge time saver for most things

Pros

I Don't have to handwrite and fax prescriptions anymore, it's a huge time saver.

Cons

You can only approve one patient's medications at a time. Also need to keep the physical token on me all the time. It's getting scratched up and it doesn't include a backlight.

Quick deployment and excellent support

Pros

Quick to pick up and deploy. Easy to get patients the meds they need. Support is excellent.

Great for new billers

Not intuitive

Pros

It covers the basic needs but nothing to write home about.

Cons

When you schedule an appointment you have to click multiple times to access it. There are no drag and drop options.

I use this for controlled substance prescribing

Pros

It works about consistently. My own EHR needed to charge an extreme sum to include the features. The RXNT people were awesome to work with and it has added up a feature of my restricted practice.

Cons

It works fine for my needs so no issues regarding the software.

Great Software

Pros

A user-friendly software that is easy to use and navigate. I can easily get things for which I am searching and it is also easy to train new employees to use RXNT

Cons

As it is a web-based program so it takes time to load a patients file. It also has glitches so we had to turn it off completely and then start it over again a few times.

Pros

When I started using RXNT, it was challenging to set up, and we had issues with the integration capabilities. However, the software has worked a lot on its features. Now, without a doubt, I can say that RXNT provides our practice with a one-stop solution for every task that a medical practice requires.

Good Experience

Pros

With my one year of experience with RXNT, I initially encountered a few drawbacks. A significant one was the lag in billing processes. However, the company has worked hard, and I can see the improvement now. Were still working on a few tweaks with RXNT, but I think this is a fantastic system to utilize for a Medical Billing System.

Cons

All our complaints have been taken care of by the customer support.

I would advise against getting this software.

Pros

The software is userfriendly. It is easy to make patient appointments. Even sending prescriptions to pharmacies is pretty easy!

Cons

Their customer service is terrible. You can hardly get a customer care representative on the phone. Its an absolute nightmare!

Great Medication

Pros

The customer support is great. They are very nice and helpful. I never really have to wait on hold, and they always immediately fix my problems. The medication part of the system is great. It is easy to send and receive requests and refills etc.

Cons

The practice management and EHR parts of the system aren’t very intuitive and seem to have a limited number of functionalities.

ePrescribing

Pros

It is the best ePrescribing software that I’ve used. I’ve been using this system for years, and it works amazing. It is simple and easy to use. Sending prescriptions to pharmacies is simple and goes out perfectly. It remembers medications that are commonly used. It is a great system.

Cons

For the system to run smoothly, one needs to have a computer/laptop with a sufficient amount of memory.

Great ePrescription

Pros

The ePrescribing part of the system is great. It is simple and easy to use. The way it became simple and easy for me is amazing. It is intuitive as well. There aren’t long lists that you might have to go through like other applications that I’ve seen before. It’s nice.

Cons

I don’t really like the EMR part of the system. I don’t find it user-friendly. I’d probably need another demo to get it. I actually avoid using it due to its difficulty level.
