“simple and crucial for emergencies
Pros
It was really simple to send prescriptions to any pharmacy at any time with this software. That matters because patients often need medications quickly in emergencies.
Cons
Sometimes the app ran slowly or stalled. When that happened the information was lost and I had to start over.

“Fast e-prescribing
Pros
I like that it is fast and we can do e-prescribing from anywhere.
Cons
I would have liked it if it had a separate code-checking module. Also i would prefer an iPhone app.

“smooth integration needs more filters
Pros
Mostly the different modules integrate smoothly which makes it straightforward to locate info across the system.
Cons
Reports and queries should offer more selection and filtering choices. It'd be helpful if the billing module could display the insurance carrier so insurances can be batched and billed together instead of opening each policy one by one. Also need the option to rename or remove Park Encounters group labels. Encounters coming from the EHR shouldn't be releasable while they're still Draft. All diagnosis codes from an encounter must transfer to the claim. The system ought to flag when a duplicate encounter exists in the EHR and billing and if a patient cancelled or rescheduled, a claim shouldn't be allowed to be generated.

“Handy but slow with unfixed bugs
Pros
It's handy that an image of the completed prescription shows up before sending.
Cons
1. It runs and responds slowly, even on brand-new hardware. 2. There's no way to delete patients. 3. The patient merge tool is confusing and wouldn't work. 4. The pharmacy selection won't function if you enter the actual address. 5. Sometimes the new-prescription view is mostly obscured. 6. Support is quick to reply but has admitted some persistent issues remain unfixed.

“the simplest ehr out there
Pros
Lets me chart a patient's info quickly, then go ahead and send any prescriptions I need. This app makes building my templates simpler than the other EHRs I've worked with before. Very straightforward to use.
Cons
NO CONS. out of the five other EHR systems I've worked with, this one is the simplest. Racking my brain for improvements but can't think of any right now. Spent years grumbling about the other platforms I had to use.

“user-friendly but inefficient navigation
Pros
The charting area is simple and easy to use.
Cons
Accessing the schedule takes too many steps instead of directly selecting an office you have to go through several sidebar options which wastes time.

“awesome tool with excellent medication queuing
Pros
Super simple to pick up and use. Navigation makes it easy to locate settings for every screening. Really pleased I haven't run into any problems using this program so far. What stands out is the medication queuing feature and it's built into the system and saves a lot of effort in my daily workflow.
Cons
The part I like least is today's appointments view because pulling or separating each provider's schedule takes time. Aside from that, there aren't any major issues and overall I'm pleased with using this program.

“Great e-prescribing needs workflow tweaks
Pros
The e-prescribing tool is the part of the software users like the most.
Cons
It would be helpful if staff could pend meds without having to pick a provider. We have multiple clinicians but no patients assigned to them. Our MAs could save providers time by pended meds for patients so the NPs can choose and approve them later. Also, a quick view showing how long a medication has been on the record (instead of paging through several e-prescribe screens) would be useful since our state requires 12 weeks for anorexiants.

“handy all-in-one with some lag
Pros
Having billing, the EHR and scheduling all in one spot is really handy for our team. A single login opens all three, making it simple and fast to get where you need to go.
Cons
The interface can be sluggish and lag sometimes, which is the main frustration with the app but it isn't a huge problem overall.

“simple but awkward to correct
Pros
The app is simple and very user-friendly. Finding prescriptions is quick and it usually operates smoothly when tied into our EHR system without much fuss or delay.
Cons
Going back into an Rx to fix errors is awkward and hard to use. It'd also be helpful to receive an electronic confirmation from the pharmacy that they got it or that the patient successfully picked it up for records.

“User-friendly with smart suggestions
Pros
Very user-friendly and it suggests alternative meds when prescribing so I can verify that a drug will be covered by insurance.
Cons
When a patient especially college students, uses a home address in another state, It automatically fills pharmacy options for their home state instead of the state where my clinic is located.

“easy records and simple prescribing
Pros
After the updates, patient records and info are easy to find. New prescriptions and refills are simple to place and send to pharmacies. Billing auto-fills after the first script is sent.
Cons
Having to enter the exact size or weight for meds delivered in a tube like lidocaine. It won't integrate with the practice's operating software that our company uses for EMR.
