“reasonable price, poor integration
Pros
e-Prescribe worked well and the cost was reasonable yet choosing the all-in-one EHR package ended up being a poor choice for our needs.
Cons
Scheduling, EHR and Billing , the different modules don't talk to each other smoothly in RXNT.

“e-prescribing works but site navigation fails
Pros
Lets our psychiatrist e-prescribe and renew meds quickly and without issue.
Cons
Our pharmacy has had trouble getting the e-prescriptions and the site is hard to figure out and move around with minimal help available.

“Excellent Product!
Pros
I have been using RXNT for more than a year now. I am very satisfied with the features and capabilities offered by the software. Customer support has improved quite a bit, they are always one call away and make sure that any query is resolved as soon as possible.
Cons
Initially, the customer support was not very attentive and responsive; however, I have realized that they have improved quite a lot with the passage of time.

“Constant login problems
Pros
Costs less than most alternatives though the quality matches the low price.
Cons
You never know if it'll actually let you log in. After any update, a couple of other features, sometimes two to five, break.

“a great employee, a glitchy system
Pros
One staff member named Nate handles my templates, he's frank and trustworthy in his work, qualities I truly appreciate and value highly.
Cons
Their system is glitchy a lot, giving error messages and leaving staff unable to resolve problems, response and fixes can take days to weeks and I'm still waiting on several template changes they can't complete because of the platform's issues.

“clunky workflows, painful support
Pros
They seem like they'd be simple to use but awkward workflows and extra steps make it clunky. Basically just an overhyped cloud storage service.
Cons
Don't expect issues to be handled quickly or your needs to be met. Dealing with customer support has been, by a long shot, a painful process while using this. The fax feature often fails or is unavailable which seriously disrupts our workflow. The support team shows little concern, after more than a month the problem is still unresolved, so our practice had to look for a different way to fax chart records since we can't fax straight from the patient's chart anymore. Support rarely responds or provides status updates about a fix, leaving the issue hanging.

“Simple to use with helpful warnings
Pros
It's very simple to use! It warns you if there's an error before you submit a claim!
Cons
It sometimes freezes when switching between providers so I have to shut the app down and restart it.

“a true time-saver for e-prescribing
Pros
Searching for a med and e-prescribing is super straightforward. My favorite thing about this program is it clearly shows drug tiers and flags whether a medication is covered by the patient's insurance or not. That saves a ton of time because I know which med to send and don't have to later worry about prior authorizations or switching the drug after fighting with the insurance company.
Cons
Every now and then the app acts up when I search for certain medications. I'll try to search and when I pick the drug I want, the page turns blank. It only does this with some drugs.

“Great for prescriptions!
Pros
It works well and I no longer have to hand out hard copies of reports to everyone. Patients love it too and it has seamlessly integrated into my practice now.
Cons
It works fine and I have no cons to report about it.

“simple, browser-based prescribing
Pros
I like that it is simple for e-prescribing, keeps patient details and preferred pharmacy on file and is browser-based.
Cons
Runs alright, performance depends on your internet and OS.

“unreliable and awkward with patients
Pros
When it runs, it delivers what I paid for. But in about nine out of ten tries to e-prescribe it fails. It puts me in an awkward spot with patients.
Cons
It's unavailable more often than not. Prior authorization info is wrong.

“Crashes and sluggish billing
Pros
Doctors appreciated the EMR overall except when duplicate patient files appeared.. small yet significant unannounced updates and printing various encounter formats was a headache.
Cons
System crashes, ERA postings sometimes post errors and won't apply adjustments, pharmacy-generated duplicate charts, claim scrubber freezes and billing plus scheduling are sluggish.

“terrible onboarding
Pros
ERX is simple to use and lets you e-prescribe from your phone but that's about it. Nothing else is helpful. After using it three months our staff refused to adopt it. They report billing is troublesome with multiple problems, including wrong insurance being often picked incorrectly.
Cons
Couldn't get our existing data (patient demographics, insurance listing, etc) brought over correctly. The folks who "train your staff and set up your company" don't seem experienced enough and the support line won't spend time listening or fixing problems. They either reply with an automated bot immediately or give inaccurate answers and they never fix the issues.

“cheap but distracting and fragmented
Pros
It's cheap but it costs you valuable time and attention.
Cons
Animated banner ads that really pull your attention away, Extra modules soon make it expensive and the UI is broken into so many parts that paid components may still fail.

“endless menu, constant bugs, no support
Pros
Layout's decent only.. I think it can be changed but requires a fair bit of time.
Cons
The menu goes on forever. Bugs pop up constantly, it's browser-only and painfully sluggish. If something breaks, forget getting any support or help from staff.
