Cons
Customer service is basically non-existent. All replies are from bots and you never get a real person to respond at any point.

Once I'd set it up it was simple to use every day! I'm able to see patients fairly quickly and I can send all prescriptions as soon as I'm done with each patient while they're still leaving the office! Patients value that by the time they reach the pharmacy, their prescriptions are already waiting for them.
Cons
Needed more upfront clarity at the very start ! In the beginning I wasn't clear about how the whole process worked. More time really should be spent explaining every single step. That's what happened after staff from it walked me through it. Once I picked it up though it became automatic.

“Quick ehr, annoying ads and billing
Pros
Sending electronic prescriptions is quick and simple. The EHR is simple to use.
Cons
Issues with billing and accounting. Support is poor. Calls usually get routed to voicemail. Ads within the EHR are really annoying.

“easy but needs privacy controls

It's fairly easy to use but it takes a bit of time to figure out what each screen does and the workflow for every task.
Cons
Messages must remain private between clinicians/physicians and not be visible to admins or other staff. Also, if an appointment is booked with one provider on the same day as a regular appointment with a different provider in the same practice, the system should warn you or stop the double booking.

“Using RXNT
Pros
When I started using RXNT, I was pretty happy with its tools and features, except the e-prescribing tool. It was challenging to send prescriptions digitally because the software crashed down frequently. However, I have realized that this is no more the case. RXNT has improved in the past few months, and now I can conduct all my tasks efficiently.

Overall the software is easy to use. Sometimes it slows down.
Cons
Those pop-ups that show up when scheduling are really irritating. They only started a few months back. There should be an option to edit the provider name in the EHR after picking the medication.

Cons
We were annoyed by the long wait for onboarding and receiving the mailed token. Alsoo we can't add multiple names on the e-Rx and can't cancel/void scripts after sending.

Day-to-day, the EHR, scheduling and e-prescribing work smoothly.
Cons
Many features are glitchy, especially right after they're released. Most of the system is easy to use but some parts feel awkward. It has also gotten noticeably slower over the years as new functions were piled on. It's irritating that searching for a patient or switching sections now takes a couple of seconds to respond. Biggest complaints are the unusable patient portal and that multiple charts still can't be kept open without risking data loss (even though we were told last year it was fixed). That issue really drags down efficiency.

“Easy prescribing, sluggish system
Pros
Finding patients and sending prescriptions is really simple. The interface is interactive and easy to learn. The included pharmacy database stays current and useful. Being able to view the PMP while working in it is a great feature.
Cons
The system often feels sluggish. There have been outages before which is a big issue since we rely on it to send prescriptions.

Cons
Not big on jotting notes so the whole EHR thing feels pretty negative to me overall. Mostly it's just the paperwork I really dislike.
