Simple billing tracking

Pros

love how simple it is to monitor billing and analytics details, the features are simple and make reviewing the information quick and painless.

Cons

The appointment color coding is frustrating because several of the shades are too similar and make scheduling confusing, I feel some of the colors should be altered so they're more distinguishable. I also dislike that the autopay setting gets turned off whenever insurance providers finalize claims and update a client's responsibility.

very efficient tool!

Pros

One thing I like is having HIPAA-compliant functionality all in one place, letting me save patient contact details, insurance information, billing notes and similar records.

Cons

I get frustrated by how many clicks are required sometimes, a pre-saved note I could tweak within the current session would save time and the price is also a concern.

Pros

I really appreciate the simplicity of documenting with just a few steps. The training for our staff was simple and easy to grasp.

Cons

I was not pleased with the absence of tabs for more client details. It would have been better if they connected with labs for urine analysis.

Helpful features

Pros

Overpriced and complicated

Pros

The features offered by SimplePractice sound great in theory. I can schedule patient appointments, manage medical records, and handle billing all in one place.

Cons

I struggled with Simple Practice for years. Billing was consistently erroneous and costly for a certain number of claims. Managing patients with multiple coverages was challenging. The invoicing feature was unusable due to billing inaccuracies. Document and form handling was overly complex. The only feature that worked well was scheduling. Eventually, I switched to a much easier software solution.

Pros

SimplePractice: Your mobile assistant

Pros

What I love most about SimplePractice is how easy it is to book and change appointments with clients, process payments, and even assess and plan projects or tasks. It's like having an assistant everywhere, especially with the ability to use it on your phone.

A great tool for provider communication

The telemedicine appointments have been of good quality, and it's convenient for storing/completing documents, checking upcoming appointments, and messaging with my provider.

Cons

I wish there was an option to receive text notifications when my provider messages me on Simple Practice. I often miss messages because I don't know when they arrive.
