Pros
love how simple it is to monitor billing and analytics details, the features are simple and make reviewing the information quick and painless.
Cons
The appointment color coding is frustrating because several of the shades are too similar and make scheduling confusing, I feel some of the colors should be altered so they're more distinguishable. I also dislike that the autopay setting gets turned off whenever insurance providers finalize claims and update a client's responsibility.

Pros
One thing I like is having HIPAA-compliant functionality all in one place, letting me save patient contact details, insurance information, billing notes and similar records.
Cons
I get frustrated by how many clicks are required sometimes, a pre-saved note I could tweak within the current session would save time and the price is also a concern.

The features offered by SimplePractice sound great in theory. I can schedule patient appointments, manage medical records, and handle billing all in one place.
Cons
I struggled with Simple Practice for years. Billing was consistently erroneous and costly for a certain number of claims. Managing patients with multiple coverages was challenging. The invoicing feature was unusable due to billing inaccuracies. Document and form handling was overly complex. The only feature that worked well was scheduling. Eventually, I switched to a much easier software solution.
