Pros
note and form tools have been really useful and the platform is simple to navigate day to day. Customer service has also been excellent whenever I've needed help.
Cons
A few things still feel limited, like not being able to reorder therapists, customize the colors beyond so much white for better visibility or send text confirmations. It would also help to edit a therapist's name after it's entered, such as adding a middle initial or full middle name and to have a way for therapists to sign intake forms after reviewing them and discussing the notes.

Pros
Getting appointments on the calendar and setting up intake forms with Noterro was a really positive experience. I was able to customize the intake forms the way I wanted and the SOAP note templates were also flexible enough to tailor to my needs. That took a lot of pressure off the admin side and let me put more attention on running my business without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons
Figuring out how to process payments was confusing at first and it took a few attempts before I located the payment tab. Once I found it though, it worked fine. I also had trouble when I wanted to remove items from my logs because I couldn't work out how to reset and start over with payments and SOAP notes and sometimes it wouldn't let me delete notes I no longer needed.

Cons

Pros
One of the best parts of Noterro is the clinical notes system. It feels thorough, smart and very simple to work with and it also makes reviewing notes for returning clients really convenient. It's especially well suited for massage therapists, bodyworkers, osteopaths and physiotherapists.
Cons
I do wish there was more flexibility when it comes to customizing the intake forms sent to clients. The built-in templates are solid but I'm very particular about how I run my practice so the generic feel can be limiting and the options for building your own forms are fairly restricted.

The built-in SOAP notes are one of my favorite parts of the system. They're really fast to complete during the day in between clients which makes staying on top of documentation much easier.
Cons
The only thing I'd like changed is the reminder setup since each appointment only allows one reminder right now. Having the option to send a second text reminder would be really helpful.

Compared with Jane, Noterro feels much more user-friendly and simple which has made a big difference since I'm not very tech-savvy. I'm still learning my way around it but whenever I've run into an issue, the Noterro team has walked me through it until it was resolved.

After using this product for years, I can honestly say it's the best documentation system I've worked with in my 16 years as a PT. I've also seen friends use other platforms that cost more and are much harder to navigate so the difference really stands out. This one is simple, effective and fits perfectly with the work I do. Now that I'm starting my own spa and adding esthetics to my current services, it's been really convenient to have a system that works well for both. I'm planning to start using more features like booking and text messaging as I continue getting everything up and running. Overall I absolutely love the product and the value it provides has been exceptional.
Cons
A few settings and newer features took some time to understand and adjust but customer support has been very helpful whenever I needed guidance.

Cons
I do wish there were a way to switch patients on appointments that are already booked without having to change the appointment itself. It would also be really useful to have the option to send bulk texts or emails to all clients. Another thing I'd love to see is a lower text reminder package than 500 texts since that feels like too many for the number of clients who actually prefer reminders by text.

Managing online bookings and my internal schedule feels simple for both me and my clients. I can get to everything quickly from my phone or computer whenever I need it and the SOAP note feature has been especially useful.
Cons
Setting up payment collection took a bit of work at first although Square has become a simpler option that I'm currently learning to connect. Every now and then some of my clients run into technical issues when booking online or logging in but the team usually resolves it pretty quickly.

Nearly every part of it can be customized which is a big plus. After learning how to build the templates properly, it works really well. Once the setup is done, using it day to day is pretty simple.
Cons
Getting my license number to appear on invoices was really difficult to figure out. I also want the services in the booking drop-down menu to be arranged in my preferred order. It would be helpful if invoices could indicate whether someone was a no-show and ideally an invoice shouldn't be created until I select arrived or no-show.
