Pros
The scheduling process is very easy and efficient as it sets up automatically. I havent attempted to upload my own forms yet, but I am hopeful that it will be a straightforward task.
Cons
Currently, the program cannot directly fax or send a note to a physician from the template. The only option is to download it to the computer and send it as an attachment. Noterro plans to add this feature in the future, but it is not being worked on at the moment.

Pros
The customer service has been great, especially when it comes to responding to my questions. However, some of the workarounds have been overshadowed by the additional features like Find a Time, Linking family accounts, Privacy and the setup videos.
Cons
It took me a bit more effort and exploration to access some of the features, and there were some limitations in the Admin, Practitioner (Therapist) and Asst. views that I found confusing initially. However, I appreciated the ability to ask questions during scheduled meetings, and the team discussed some of the items that are currently being developed. It would be useful to have visibility on the current items in progress.

“Flexible forms”
Pros
Getting started with Noterro has been very simple for our team. Whenever we've had questions or shared suggestions, their staff has replied quickly and always in a kind, professional way. We've booked several demo and troubleshooting sessions and each time they've been on time, patient and pleasant to work with. It's also nice to see that they keep improving the platform based on user feedback. Our clients have been happy with the client portal and they especially appreciate being able to download the app directly from our Noterro platform.
Cons
A lot of the things we weren't thrilled with at first have actually been improved over the past year. Back when we started using Noterro in late 2020, the intake form templates were only partly customizable so they didn't completely fit the needs of our practice. Since then, they've added fully customizable forms. Setting them up that way can take a little extra time but it also gives you a very detailed level of control over both the layout and the content of the forms which is fantastic. In the end, the extra setup time is absolutely worth it.

Clients can view and choose services without any confusion which makes the app very convenient to use.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the lack of an option for add-on services or booking two services at the same time. I'm also not happy with how packages work especially since there's no simple way to adjust the number of sessions left. When transferring from another booking system some clients already have appointments remaining and adding their package here doesn't make it easy to update those remaining sessions.

“Secure notes”
Pros
Having all my chart notes stored digitally and securely has been a big plus. The system is fairly simple to use and it comes with a solid range of features and functions. I also appreciate being able to print chart notes when needed plus the forms and authorizations can be customized to fit my practice. Customer service has been reliable as well with quick responses whenever I need troubleshooting help. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable.
Cons
I'd really want improved the ability to upload prescriptions and other client-related documents without having to pay extra since it would be much better to keep everything secure and in one place with the chart notes. I'd also like the option to delete frequently used tags because some of the saved entries are wrong and I don't want to click them by mistake.

Pros
One of the most useful parts is how patient files put important information right at the front so it's quick to review what matters. The calendar also works very well and the sync option is a big help. I really enjoy the assessment tools especially being able to choose the skeleton, muscular system or even a specific area of the body. You can also select complaints like pain or tightness, for example. When an area is chosen on the muscular system view, it shows which muscles are involved and even provides a list of tests to check that muscle's function. I know the basic muscle locations and what they do but Noterro fills in the gaps where my more advanced knowledge of muscle testing is limited. On top of that, it costs about half as much as the software I was using before which is a huge bonus. I also recently learned that being a TCMO member gives me a discount on Noterro which someone mentioned to me.
Cons
There's a follow-up treatment template I use and I haven't figured out yet how to access it but I'm sure I will.

My clients often mention how simple it is to book appointments online and that makes a big difference to me. When they're happy with the process, I'm happy too.
Cons
At first I was concerned that Noterro was only available in English. Lately though, they released an app that uses Google Translate in the language you choose which goes far beyond just being bilingual.

Having scheduling, reminders, EHR and patient information all together in one system has made my work life much more manageable. The SOAP notes feature is excellent and being able to share notes, invoices and medical records so easily is something I really appreciate.
Cons
There were some issues with existing patients logging in to book appointments online although that has become less of a problem lately.

It's VERY simple to keep track of which notes or invoices have been completed and scheduling individual clients is clear and uncomplicated. The overall design looks sleek and it works really well across phones, tablets and computers.
Cons
It would be even better with a simpler way to schedule minors and families. I'd also like to see client notes become more customizable, similar to how forms can be customized.

Having Google Calendar two-way sync has been a huge help because it keeps everything aligned with the other booking platforms I use, along with the meetings already on my calendar without adding extra work. The platform feels very simple to use especially compared with other options I've tried. It's also affordable and includes all the features I need.
Cons
I'd still love to see more customization options for notes especially for mental health practitioners. It would also be really helpful to have two-way messaging with clients.
