Getting this program into my practice was very simple. The setup was simple and the chat feature has been really helpful whenever I've needed it.

I'm happy with it overall. I've only just started using it so I haven't explored every feature yet but everything has been going well so far.

The SOAP notes and charting feel a bit limited when it comes to options after the initial assessment and it would really benefit from having a stronger charting option for follow-up appointments.

Noterro felt very clear and simple to use. The menus and options are laid out in a way that makes sense and on the rare occasion I can't find something, the help section and customer support team have been very helpful. I also really appreciate how simple it was to connect it with my website and my clients have no trouble using the online scheduling feature.

Cons

There's honestly not much I dislike. The only thing I've run into is that if an appointment is part of an ongoing appointment group, I can't seem to adjust just one individual appointment within it. Occasionally I only need to change the time for a single day and that's been frustrating but aside from that, nothing else really comes to mind.

Everything about this system feels simple to use and it's versatile enough to cover all of my needs.

The only part that could be improved is the online booking setting for how far in advance people can book. It's tucked away under the practitioner section which makes it hard to locate. I think that option would make more sense under the main online booking section.

It covers just about everything I need to run my practice and handles nearly all of the day-to-day requirements. The QuickBooks upload feature is also a big plus and makes accounting much more convenient.

At times it feels a little buggy and there are still a few preferences or custom options I wish were available but haven't been added yet.

Getting started with Noterro was quick and the interface has a clean, polished look. It feels very professional and includes everything I need to make sure my clients receive a professional service.

Among the EHR options geared toward massage therapists, this has been the most budget-friendly one that still covers what I need. Getting started was fast and simple and it handles the full day-to-day workflow of a practice, including charting, scheduling, billing, payments and account management. It also cuts down a lot on repetitive tasks and duplicate work.

Cons

A few parts of the system don't feel quite as refined as what some competing platforms offer and it can become a bit difficult for larger, busier practices that need to coordinate with outside parties like insurance companies, other healthcare providers and attorneys.

Honestly I can't say I've run into any real problems with it. Whenever something came up, I reached out to Noterro Help and they responded very quickly every single time.

Online booking has been a huge plus. I've set it up for existing patients, they really enjoy using it and Noterro makes handling new appointments very simple.

I do wish there were more options for chart templates, like drop-down fields, fill-in-the-blank sections and checkboxes instead of just the SOAP note boxes. I'd also like the infectious disease prevention tick boxes to be customizable. Some of those items will never be relevant to my business and a few should be worded differently to fit my needs.

It would be helpful to have a feature that lets you schedule price changes to take effect on a future date. That way, the current prices for the same treatment could remain unchanged until the updated pricing starts later.

Wherever I am I can pull up my booking system right from my device which has been incredibly convenient. One of my favorite parts is that it can send appointment reminders by text, email or even phone call if you want to use that option.

Cons

After trying a lot of different programs over the years, Noterro has continued to improve year after year and has gone beyond what I expected. If I had to name any downside at all, it would only be that there have been a few glitches here and there over time but that's pretty normal with any newer software or after updates.

Pros

Having the option to upload treatment charts has been incredibly helpful. It kept everything in one place while we moved the clinic from paper records to electronic charts. Switching over from our previous online scheduling software was also very simple.

Cons

A resource feature would make the system even more useful. For example, hot stone equipment shouldn't be able to be booked by two practitioners at the same time. I'd also really like the ability to customize appointment block colors using a hex code.

Keeping things simple is where Noterro really shines. The platform has been very user-friendly and the confirmation and reminder emails have been a huge help for me.

Cons

Noterro suits what I need very well overall. The only feature I'd personally still like is the option for clients to view my available hours or open time slots online, while still needing to call, text or email me to actually book an appointment.
