“paperwork finally feels organized”
Pros
Keeping everything in order is so much better with Noterro. My notes are clear, readable and well organized and I can pull up case history forms, client files, appointments, receipts, reports and everything else with just a click. It has honestly brought a kind of "Feng Shui" to the paperwork side of my business. The support team is a huge reason I chose Noterro and why I've had such a positive experience with it. Any question gets answered incredibly fast and they're patient, thorough and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I have exactly what I need. At this point the only thing I really wonder is why I waited so long to switch.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about Noterro.

Cons
Lately, the calendar has been glitching from time to time which has been a recurring issue. The insurance side can also be a bit difficult to understand.

There have been so many improvements to Noterro and it's very simple to use while still giving me everything I need to keep my business running day to day.
Cons
At first, I saw email-only customer support without phone support, as a downside but Noterro ended up proving me wrong.

Pros
Any time a small issue or glitch comes up, Noterro's outstanding customer support jumps in right away and gets it sorted out. The support experience has been excellent and the software interface is well designed and keeps improving over time.
Cons
The only thing I'd still like to see is a downloadable app for iPhone.

Scheduling, management and notifications have all been incredibly helpful. Honestly just about everything in the platform has been working really well for me.
Cons

Pros
The support team responds quickly and is consistently helpful. Having the calendar and clinic notes together in one system is something I really appreciate. The forms and automatic email notifications are also a big plus.
Cons
Birthday notifications always seem to arrive a day late. Assessments can be hard to read and document in a timely way. It's also a bit frustrating that online forms can't be adjusted once they've already been used.

Since opening in 2018, we've been using this and it has continued to improve with new features over time. Whenever something comes up, issues are resolved quickly and tech support is always easy to reach. Our clients really appreciate the reminders and the system is quick for everyone on my team to learn and use efficiently.
Cons
The one thing I'd really like to see is built-in bookkeeping so everything could be handled in a single system. Right now we still use QuickBooks for accounting and entering data from Noterro reports takes quite a bit of extra time.

Pros
Being able to complete treatment notes right from a mobile device, including using talk-to-text, has been a big plus. The waitlist feature is also a huge bonus and helps keep everything organized within the app. Customer service has been fantastic and helpful every step of the way and moving over from my old software to Noterro was very simple.
Cons
Honestly the only downside that comes to mind is a very minor one. The icons on the calendar can be a little confusing since they don't clearly show whether something has been cashed out or not. I brought it up with customer service though and they passed the feedback along to the product team which is really all I could ask for.

Everything about this product has worked quickly and reliably for me. I haven't run into any problems using it, it's simple to navigate and the pricing is really reasonable.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the waitlist view for patients. When you click into a patient's file from the waitlist, it doesn't show the date of their appointment right there. To see the next appointment, you have to open their file and then click their name to go to their profile. It would be much more convenient if the appointment date were visible directly on the waitlist screen.

The YouTube tutorial videos have been incredibly helpful. You can keep the system as simple as you want or build it out further as needed. Since I run my business on my own, I also really value that there's a pricing option that fits smaller business models.
Cons
My only real disappointment at this point is the extra fee for adding text reminders. The base price is very reasonable but that add-on increases the cost quite a bit. I'd be fine with something around $5 but once it gets to $10 or more, I start to hesitate.

Getting around the platform feels very simple and I'm really excited about the new app that's on the way.
Cons
The part I'm not a fan of is having to wait up to 24 hours for an email reply. On my Chromebook, it also runs slower and scrolling through pages is more difficult than it is on my phone or regular computer.

Being able to process Telus claims directly in Noterro and connect it with Square has been a big plus. The SOAP note layout is very simple to use and it takes a lot of the hassle out of my admin work.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides but having a gift certificate option would make it even better.

Pros
Having SOAP notes, scheduling and income tracking all in one place has been really helpful. The help desk is another strong point because the response time is fast and the support feels personal and genuinely helpful. Noterro also keeps improving the product which shows its commitment to supporting spas, therapists and other health professionals.
Cons
There are just a few small things I'd still like to see, such as automatic birthday messages, a simpler way to view emails sent to clients and a clean list showing deleted or cancelled appointments although I was told that feature is already being worked on. It would also be helpful if credit card fees could be added directly to invoices.
