Pros
Everything is very simple to use which I really appreciate. I can handle bookings, payments, insurance billing and all of my clients' treatment forms in one place and that makes a huge difference.
Cons

Pros
Between the clinical notes, online booking and the connection to my personal Google Calendar, I only have to manage one calendar instead of juggling several. It also gives me the option to expand into insurance later if I decide to go that route.
Cons
A lot of it just comes down to learning how the system works and the support team has been fantastic through that process. I can't track canceled appointments although most other things are trackable. It also doesn't communicate directly with QuickBooks but my bookkeeper worked with Noterro support to get around that and honestly, their support is amazing.

It handles everything I need it to do. Whenever I need help, support is just a click or phone call away. The team got back to me quickly and was able to help resolve my issue without delay.
Cons
One limitation is that if form automation isn't set up when the client first books their appointment, you won't be able to use that automation later for forms to be sent automatically with the email reminder so it has to be done manually instead.

Pros
Getting around most of the features felt pretty natural and I didn't need to rely on the tutorials much. When I did hit a few roadblocks and scheduled a demo, I was able to ask my questions and got clear, helpful answers.
Cons
As a psychologist I feel the software is geared more toward physical health practitioners than mental health professionals. Hopefully the upcoming updates will add more flexibility for customizing notes to better fit mental health needs.

Pros
Having both my EHR and scheduling in one platform has been such a relief. I had been searching for something like this for a long time. There are other all-in-one systems available but they either weren't affordable for my small acupuncture practice or came packed with features I knew I'd never use. The automated email and text reminders built into the scheduling tool are a huge benefit. Another big plus is that I was able to learn the system fairly quickly which matters a lot since I'm not very tech savvy. Customer support has also been fantastic.. I can email for help and usually hear back within minutes.
Cons
It's pretty obvious the software was mainly built with chiropractors, massage therapists and med spas in mind which is fine but as an acupuncturist, I have EHR needs too. There is an acupuncture intake template but that's about where it stops. I'd really like to see more features designed specifically for acupuncture. There still aren't many acupuncture-focused software options out there so adding more tools relevant to the field would make this even better. In fact, I originally heard about it through an acupuncture colleague.

“well-organized intake and soap notes”
Pros
Using the intake form and SOAP notes has been a really positive experience for me. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to see a client's conditions, injuries, surgeries and medications every time without digging through old notes. That makes it much easier to stay on top of their history. The intake form itself is thorough and well structured and I also like that you can require certain fields, such as date of birth or address, to make sure important information gets completed.
Cons
One issue comes up when clients do not complete the form online and I need them to use a paper version instead. It feels awkward asking them to type everything afterward on my computer especially when some of them are not comfortable typing. I really wish there were a feature that would let me enter the online form myself from their paper copy, then send it to them afterward so they could review it and sign.

Online booking works really well, invoicing is simple and the financial reports are useful. The text and email reminders for clients are a big plus and whenever I've needed help, the staff has been quick to respond and very friendly.
Cons
Getting familiar with the system took a bit of time. I'd also really like a mobile view that shows my full week at a glance, instead of having to drag my finger around to see everything.

The support team has been fantastic and they really put effort into adding suggested features quickly. Getting everything set up was simple and over the past 2.5 years I've seen the platform keep improving and becoming even more user-friendly. It's dependable, reasonably priced and definitely something I'd recommend to others.
Cons
No way to track patients who cancel and view that history. Right now if they cancel within the set timeline, it disappears from their record.

Keeping things simple is where Noterro really shines. The price point is very reasonable, the support has been reliable and I also appreciate being able to customize and brand the pages so they fit my business better.
Cons
auto-generated reminders or emails for outstanding balances could be good. It would also be better if the note documentation were more customizable so I could use my own form instead of being limited to SOAP.

Pros
After comparing quite a few software options, Noterro ended up offering the best value for everything it includes. It's simple to pick up and use and having full access through a web browser on my phone makes it really convenient when I'm away from my desk. They also keep rolling out useful updates and new features on a regular basis. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation from me.
Cons
Every now and then it gets a little glitchy although that's pretty common with most apps and software. I'd also love to see more integration options between the Noterro calendar and Google Calendar, like being able to sync both my own schedule and a contractor's schedule separately. Still, entering it manually isn't a huge problem.

Pros
Managing my practice with Noterro has been really simple. It works especially well for a mobile practice and the pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers. Whenever I have a question about a feature or need help figuring something out, the support team gets back to me quickly and is always responsive.
Cons
I wish the SOAP note section included a few more pre-populated options. Having short built-in phrases or sentence suggestions would help make my notes look a bit more polished and professional.

It's honestly kept me organized and focused day to day instead of feeling completely overwhelmed. The calendar works really well, online booking is convenient and the custom intake forms are automatically sent to new patients and show up right away once they're completed. On top of that, employee management, invoicing, financial summaries, credit card integration, phone/text/email reminders, Google calendar sync, schedule management, waitlists and even promoting open appointment spots on social media are all incredibly useful. This software made my transition into being a clinic owner feel much more manageable.
Cons
One improvement I'd really like to see is a report based on patient complaints pulled from intake forms rather than SOAP charts. That would make it much easier to spot the most common issues patients are coming in with and decide which classes or training sessions employees should attend.

Booking is solid and the email notifications are helpful when they actually work. Receipts are also a useful part of the system.
Cons

One thing we really appreciate about this software is how customizable and functional it is. On top of that, the customer service team does an excellent job responding to questions and resolving concerns. Even better, they're constantly rolling out new features that make the platform more user-friendly. It really feels like they pay attention to customer feedback and keep shaping the software around what users actually need.

After getting Noterro set up and adjusted to fit my practice, it has been running beautifully. I really appreciate how user-friendly it is. Clients get their reminders on time through whichever method they prefer and that helps keep our schedule full. The notes are also quick to complete and simple to review later, as long as we remember to write them. Customer support has been phenomenal too. Their response time is incredibly fast, to the point where I sometimes feel bad leaving them waiting while I'm in a treatment.
Cons
Getting everything set up was tedious and confusing at times.

Pros
Using it day to day has been just as simple. Writing clinic notes is fast which makes a big difference when the schedule is packed and you're seeing clients back to back. The scheduling, billing and invoicing features all work really well and the pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is the ability for clients to buy packages online without needing to book an appointment first. It would also be helpful if the app connected with some of the other tools I use, like Physitrack or Trainerize. That said those are more wish-list items than real problems since it's not absolutely necessary.

Booking online has been a huge help and the email reminders are one of my favorite features. They save me a lot of time since I no longer have to reach out to every client individually to remind them about their appointment.
Cons
As my clinic continues to grow, keeping track of all the practitioners has started to get a bit more challenging. It would be much more convenient if the daily view could be organized by treatment rooms instead of by each practitioner.

Whenever something isn't clear, there's plenty of useful information available on the help page. On the occasions I've called for support, the response has always been quick and the assistance has been genuinely helpful.
Cons
Ever since the move from Soap Vault, there have been a lot of updates and overall the changes have been positive. That said there used to be better notice before things were changed. I don't always adapt right away so opening the page and suddenly seeing things laid out differently can be frustrating especially since I'm a very visual person.
