Pros
Booking appointments online is really convenient and the SMS and email reminders and confirmations help keep everything organized. The customizable forms are also a big plus and make the whole setup feel more tailored to the clinic's needs.
Cons
A limitation is that osteopathic terminology can't be selected in the clinic notes.

Compared with other platforms we used before, like Booker and MindBody, Noterro has been a much better experience. The system is simple to work with and, more importantly, it is not glitchy. On the rare occasion something does come up, their customer service responds right away, fixes the problem and even considers custom feature requests. With other software, feature requests seemed to disappear forever and bugs were never properly addressed. Noterro has been the opposite.. they follow up quickly, resolve issues and even confirm afterward that everything has been fixed. It really feels like a small company that genuinely listens and responds and I absolutely love that about them.
Cons
The only things I am really waiting on are a couple of upcoming features. Right now, the Clinical Notes are limited to standard SOAP notes which works well for massage but I am also an herbalist so that format does not fully meet my needs for those notes. They have said customizable Clinical Notes are on the way which I am very excited about. I am also looking forward to seeing intake forms include a body diagram that clients can draw on with their finger or mousepad to show where they feel pain. Our old paper intake forms had this and it was always helpful for remembering their issues more clearly. Practitioners can already draw on body diagrams in the SOAP notes so having that added to intake forms and the health summary or snapshot would be excellent. They have said this is coming soon and based on past experience, they usually deliver.

“booking and billing done right”
Pros
The booking and billing tools make sense right away and don't take long to learn. The tutorial videos have been really helpful and it's reassuring to know one-on-one support is available when needed. I also appreciate that the software is updated regularly and keeps getting better. Building forms becomes pretty simple after you've done a few and overall I would highly recommend this software.
Cons
A thing I'd really like to see is the option to edit a client's name directly from the calendar booking. Sometimes family members switch appointments and at the moment the only way to change the booking name is to delete the appointment and enter it again.

Pros
The online booking feature has been the highlight for me. It's detailed enough and makes it very simple to manage available booking slots.
Cons
The clinic notes section still needs work. Clinic notes should be created automatically once a patient's arrival is confirmed and the tag system currently takes too many clicks and should be kept simpler.

Pros
Clients have told me the online booking system is clean and simple to use with no extra steps to get an appointment booked. For the price, it does a really good job of helping me manage my business and the staff are incredibly quick when I have questions or need support.
Cons
Since the platform is still being updated and developed regularly, I do run into the occasional minor glitch now and then.

They roll out frequent updates which shows they keep improving the platform. On top of that, their customer service and troubleshooting support have been incredible whenever help was needed.
Cons
The setup process took quite a bit of time and there is still no way to properly track cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

Running my massage business has been so much more manageable since I started using Noterro over two years ago. The system is simple, quick to learn and has saved me countless hours on admin work. Before this, things like monthly sales reports, appointment reminders and booking clients took up a huge amount of my time but now all of that can be handled with just a few clicks. Clients often mention how much they appreciate the online booking option along with the text and email reminders and it definitely makes me look more tech savvy. On top of that, the customer service has been incredible. Anytime I've needed help, the Noterro team has been there right away. They also keep improving the software which makes it exciting to keep using and growing with. I'm genuinely grateful for how much this program helps me run my business so well.
Cons
At this point the only thing that comes to mind is that I'd love to see a feature where clients can add themselves to a waitlist. That said I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Noterro team is already working on that for a future update.

Cons
Because Noterro includes so many features some practitioners may feel a little overwhelmed at first by all the options, tools and freedom it offers. That said those features are definitely worth taking the time to learn and get comfortable with.

Compared with other programs I've used, this one is leaps and bounds ahead. It's highly customizable and the invoicing and reporting features are amazing.
Cons
Visually, the schedule has quite a bit of blank space. It would be much better to see the entire day from start to finish with all practitioners on one screen without needing so much scrolling.

Right away, the standout for me was how simple the core features are to use. Things like charts, notes, scheduling and availability all feel simple and practical. The best part is that the company keeps adding new features without charging extra which makes the value feel even better.
Cons
If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would probably be the visual design. That's really just me being picky though. I'd still take functionality and pricing over appearance any day.

There's a lot built into this software that supports running a clinic or practice. The newer features for classes, waitlists and sharing availability have really created new ways for me to use the system and reach clients.
Cons
Checkout could be more organized. It takes too many steps to complete a client payment through Square especially when someone wants to add a tip.

The pricing works well and the setup feels very similar to Jane which made the transition simple. Whenever questions come up, the support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful.
Cons
I'd still like to see more flexibility in the charting customization. It would also help to have more options for form and agreement layouts, closer to what Jane offers, along with better service display settings for online booking. For RMTs who need different cleanup times, like 15 minutes for some and 30 for others, there isn't currently a way to show that online under the same service name based on which RMT a client chooses. I also wish it integrated with the Clover payment system.

Back when Noterro first launched, it was mainly a place to store SOAP notes and I've seen it grow into a much more user-friendly, all-in-one system over time. Support is consistently available when needed and the team seems genuinely willing to consider and add new features based on customer feedback.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is the option to request a credit card through Square to hold an appointment. Ideally, I'd be able to book a new client myself and then send them a form to complete so their spot is secured with a card. I only let established clients book online and new clients are usually the ones most likely to no-show. It would be very helpful to place a card on file for the appointment and charge it if they don't show up. Since I'm in the USA, I'd much rather use Square than Bambora.

From the HIPAA compliance to the charting features and the appointment scheduling tools, this software feels really well designed. The scheduling side is incredibly simple to use and overall it's been such a solid fit that I've already recommended it to several friends who work in bodywork and similar fields.
Cons
This is mostly a minor complaint but the reports don't have column sorting and I'm not a fan of the date format it uses. When I export reports into a spreadsheet, that date format makes proper date sorting impossible.

Right from the start, the support has been my favorite part. Duplicating notes makes a huge difference because I don't have to rewrite a patient's history or symptoms at every visit unless something has changed. The pricing also feels very reasonable for what you get.
Cons
Billing can be a little awkward when using a provider other than Bambora. Since I use Square, there are a few extra steps involved to complete the process.
