“Built for practitioners”
Pros
Right away it feels like this platform was designed for practitioners instead of being dressed up for marketing. The features are thoughtful and simple and they've genuinely made my day-to-day work better than before. I'm especially excited about the "snapshot" feature since it gives me a clear view of everything current related to a client.
Cons
It could definitely look a bit nicer and I'd also love to have more keyboard shortcuts for quicker navigation especially "n" for next and "p" for previous.

“booking and calendar sync win”
Pros
Having two-way Google Calendar sync has made it much easier to manage my availability. The customer support is fast and genuinely helpful and the Zoom integration works really well. Online booking is simple for clients which cuts down a lot of friction and the intake form automation saves time. It has basically replaced QuickBooks, Calendly and Typeform for me.
Cons
I haven't run into any real downsides yet but I probably need more time using it before I can say that for sure. At this point I'm very happy with everything.

Pros
Pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers. It includes the features I need to run my business, the navigation makes sense and the support team has been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
The direct billing feature felt buggy and more complicated than it should be. Because of that, I decided not to use it.

Using Noterro has been very simple and I really appreciate that it's a Canadian company that stays compliant with all Canadian regulations.
Cons
At first I didn't realize some settings were located under each practitioner so I had a hard time finding certain items. The pop-up windows did help point me in the right direction though.

“everything my clinic needs”
Pros
Running a small one-provider clinic right now, I needed something reliable that could also support future growth and Noterro has covered every part of my practice. As I plan to expand to multiple providers, it gives me the stability and structure I need moving forward. My clients really appreciate having a branded app for the clinic and being able to access my schedule anytime, day or night. On my side, the check-in and check-out process is very convenient which matters a lot since I'm currently handling every role myself. It's also a big plus that Noterro transfers data smoothly to QuickBooks which my accountant is very happy about.
Cons
Nothing negative to say about this software. I've worked in larger, multi-disciplinary clinics before and this EMR truly holds its own against the systems those practices were using. It's a product I feel proud to have, use and recommend.

“Fantastic all-in-one for massage therapy”
Pros
Getting started with Noterro was very simple and the features fit massage therapists really well. It covers everything I need in one place, including charting, scheduling, invoices, reminders, uploads, insurance and payment integration. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable compared with other similar platforms.
Cons
Newer upgrades don't really apply to my practice or include tools I wouldn't personally use but honestly, that's not even a real downside for me.

Pros
The customer service has been fantastic with plenty of helpful support and useful suggestions along the way. Noterro is also incredibly powerful and feels very complete so I'm not left wishing it had other tools or features.
Cons
The only downside is that I can't keep up with learning all of its features quickly enough. Just when I start getting comfortable with the interface, it changes.

The platform is simple to use day to day. Their support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever needed. I also really appreciate the tiered pricing since it lets me pay only for the features I actually use instead of being stuck with extras I don't need.
Cons

Cons
One thing I'm not a fan of is not having a clearly accessible app to download. I've seen that there may be a web app version available but needing to contact support just to figure out how to get it is inconvenient.
