Great value for money

Pros

The lower price is a big plus and the customer service team has been very responsive whenever I've needed help.

Cons

It doesn't include a built-in video platform and it seems to be designed more with doctors in mind.

Built for practitioners

Pros

Right away it feels like this platform was designed for practitioners instead of being dressed up for marketing. The features are thoughtful and simple and they've genuinely made my day-to-day work better than before. I'm especially excited about the "snapshot" feature since it gives me a clear view of everything current related to a client.

Cons

It could definitely look a bit nicer and I'd also love to have more keyboard shortcuts for quicker navigation especially "n" for next and "p" for previous.

Fast support and promising features

Pros

Everything has been excellent so far and the response time whenever I have questions or inquiries is very fast.

Cons

There are still a few features I'm waiting on, like proper online GC support, before I can fully switch over to Noterro.

booking and calendar sync win

Pros

Having two-way Google Calendar sync has made it much easier to manage my availability. The customer support is fast and genuinely helpful and the Zoom integration works really well. Online booking is simple for clients which cuts down a lot of friction and the intake form automation saves time. It has basically replaced QuickBooks, Calendly and Typeform for me.

Cons

I haven't run into any real downsides yet but I probably need more time using it before I can say that for sure. At this point I'm very happy with everything.

Budget-friendly

Pros

Pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers. It includes the features I need to run my business, the navigation makes sense and the support team has been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance.

Cons

The direct billing feature felt buggy and more complicated than it should be. Because of that, I decided not to use it.

Canadian compliance made simple

Pros

Using Noterro has been very simple and I really appreciate that it's a Canadian company that stays compliant with all Canadian regulations.

Cons

At first I didn't realize some settings were located under each practitioner so I had a hard time finding certain items. The pop-up windows did help point me in the right direction though.

custom forms work well

Pros

Being able to add our own forms for each practitioner is really useful.

Cons

The downside is that once a form has been used, it can't be changed.

Organized workflow

Pros

Everything feels very organized and user-friendly which makes the platform pleasant to use. The integrations are genuinely useful too and I rely on them all the time especially Square for payments and Mailchimp for marketing.

Cons

I don't have anything I dislike about Noterro.

everything my clinic needs

Pros

Running a small one-provider clinic right now, I needed something reliable that could also support future growth and Noterro has covered every part of my practice. As I plan to expand to multiple providers, it gives me the stability and structure I need moving forward. My clients really appreciate having a branded app for the clinic and being able to access my schedule anytime, day or night. On my side, the check-in and check-out process is very convenient which matters a lot since I'm currently handling every role myself. It's also a big plus that Noterro transfers data smoothly to QuickBooks which my accountant is very happy about.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about this software. I've worked in larger, multi-disciplinary clinics before and this EMR truly holds its own against the systems those practices were using. It's a product I feel proud to have, use and recommend.

Fantastic all-in-one for massage therapy

Pros

Getting started with Noterro was very simple and the features fit massage therapists really well. It covers everything I need in one place, including charting, scheduling, invoices, reminders, uploads, insurance and payment integration. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable compared with other similar platforms.

Cons

Newer upgrades don't really apply to my practice or include tools I wouldn't personally use but honestly, that's not even a real downside for me.

Powerful platform with excellent support

Pros

The customer service has been fantastic with plenty of helpful support and useful suggestions along the way. Noterro is also incredibly powerful and feels very complete so I'm not left wishing it had other tools or features.

Cons

The only downside is that I can't keep up with learning all of its features quickly enough. Just when I start getting comfortable with the interface, it changes.

customer service is excellent and features simple

Pros

Any time I've needed help, the customer service has been excellent. The features I use most often are simple to work with.

Cons

A few of the features added over the years go beyond what I personally need so they can feel a little complicated. Still, they do offer videos and webinars to help learn those newer tools if I decide to use them.

simple for daily use

Pros

The platform is simple to use day to day. Their support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever needed. I also really appreciate the tiered pricing since it lets me pay only for the features I actually use instead of being stuck with extras I don't need.

Cons

Dashboard isn't especially visually appealing so I rarely use it. That said that part feels pretty subjective and more like a personal preference than a major issue.

Pros

Compared with other options I looked at Noterro includes a lot more features in its lower-priced plan.

Cons

The calendar isn't my favorite part and definitely needs some improvement but the strengths of the platform outweigh that downside. Plus, a lot of competing products struggle with their calendars too.

Hassle-free booking

Pros

Customer service team is really responsive and helpful. The platform is very simple to navigate, booking appointments is simple and keeping track of current information is hassle-free.

Cons

One thing that's missing is the ability for clients to select add-ons, like CBD oil for a massage, when they book online.

Pros

Noterro is reasonably priced and keeps rolling out new features and updates. It's fairly simple to use, covers almost everything I need and the app is a really valuable addition.

Pros

The system is convenient for both practitioners and clients which makes day-to-day use really simple. Whenever an issue comes up or help is needed, the support team responds quickly.

Cons

Simple start for familiar users

Pros

Getting started with it felt pretty simple even on a first try especially if you already have a basic idea of how similar software or apps work.

Cons

Switching between roles was a bit confusing at first but the video tutorial cleared up a lot and customer support was quick to respond and help me figure it out.

helpful support and customization

Pros

Reaching support is simple whether through the automated chat or a real person. It also comes with a lot of useful features and customizing it for my business has been a really positive experience.

Cons

One thing I'm not a fan of is not having a clearly accessible app to download. I've seen that there may be a web app version available but needing to contact support just to figure out how to get it is inconvenient.
