Fantastic fit for charting

Pros

This software checked all the boxes for my business and made charting feel very simple and manageable. Being able to email receipts or print them for clients is really convenient as well. During the early learning phase, the staff were incredibly helpful and patient which made getting up to speed much easier.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any real downsides. My experience with it has been consistently positive and any issues I've run into have been more about my own limited computer skills than the software itself.

User-friendly with excellent support

Pros

Everything about Noterro feels very user friendly and there's plenty of support available whenever needed. The customer service has been excellent and I really appreciate that they offer tutorial videos covering just about everything.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see improved is having more space on the online booking page to describe my business. Since I run a very simple home-based business, it would be helpful if that page could work as my website too, instead of having to create a separate one.

Pros

The pricing feels reasonable especially with basic entry-level plans that don't come loaded with unnecessary features.

Cons

Fast support when it counts

Pros

Whenever I run into issues with intake forms or the automation features, the support team gets back to me quickly and helps resolve things fast.

Cons

At times the platform crashes or goes down and I'm left having to close it and wait until it starts working again.

24/7 booking convenience

Pros

Clients can check availability and book appointments whenever they want which has been really helpful. The option for them to cancel on their own within a set time frame is a nice feature too.

Cons

Switching out of appointment entry just to update schedule availability is pretty frustrating. The waitlist also needs improvement since it doesn't ask clients for enough detail about the date and time they want and there's no expiry built in. It would make more sense if waitlist requests automatically expired after 30 days.

simple booking and navigation

Pros

From the practitioner side, the platform is very simple to use and navigate which makes day-to-day work feel fluid and simple to follow. Clients also have no trouble signing up or using the site to book their appointments. If someone accidentally creates two accounts, merging them is much easier than with other systems. Overall the whole experience feels very simplified and user-friendly.

Cons

The biggest frustration is with discounts since it can be tricky to match the exact amount Noterro calculates. I also wish classes could be set up to run for two days. Other than that, it's still a very user-friendly platform.

Versatile scheduling and invoicing

Pros

From scheduling appointments to creating invoices and client notes, just about everything works really well. It's very user-friendly and the range of options available makes it simple to manage different parts of the practice in one place.

Cons

The newest AI features take a little time to get used to but I'm looking forward to working them into my practice more.

affordable features without compromise

Pros

Noterro gives me the features you usually see in more expensive platforms but at a much more affordable price. It's simple to use and covers everything I need without the extra cost.

Cons

A few features can be a little hard to locate at first if you're figuring things out on your own but their customer service responds quickly and helps a lot.

Tidy records and strong features

Pros

Client records are organized neatly and include all the detail I need which makes information storage feel complete and well structured.

Cons

I'd change the pricing setup. I'd rather choose only the features I actually want to use and pay based on that, instead of needing the highest-tier plan just to get access to one specific feature.

Online booking and square integration

Pros

Scheduling has been really convenient and the online booking along with the Square integration has been a really nice combination.

Cons

One thing still being worked through is how daylight saving time is handled. Since that setup isn't very familiar in Canada some of our clients have received reminders showing the wrong appointment times.

favorite scheduling platform

Pros

After trying quite a few online scheduling services over the years, Noterro has easily become my favorite. It's simple to work with and even at the basic price point it includes plenty of features which lets me offer my patients a solid, professional platform as a part-time therapist.

Cons

A few features take more effort to find than they should and the add-ons can start to feel pricey for someone practicing part-time like I do.

Handy reminders and invoicing

Pros

Using it has been very convenient overall. Setting up appointment reminders is simple and being able to edit invoices is a really useful feature.

affordable SOAP tools on mobile

Pros

Getting started with Noterro was simple and the pricing feels very affordable for what it offers. The SOAP note features are excellent especially with the diagrams included and generating reports doesn't take much effort. I can also handle everything right from my phone which makes it really convenient day to day.

Cons

Since I'm based in Australia there are occasional delays when something needs to be sorted out. It doesn't happen often though and most of the time everything runs without any issues.

all-in-one scheduling favorite

Pros

Everything from scheduling and patient reminders to online booking and clinical notes works really well and I love how smoothly it all connects in one system.

Cons

The only feature I still wish it had is employee hour tracking and payroll. Aside from that, it handles pretty much everything else and it's very affordable and fairly simple to use.
