Cons
Their backend is not set up to assist therapists to remain compliant with billing. You are not allowed to bill over a certain number of units that they choose. You have to repeatedly request to have things corrected to support correct billing. Claims get sent out without basic NPI, provider, DOS information. They frequently do not look at what you have alreaady uploaded regarding issues before asking if you did. Their interoffice communication is inconsistent and often a rep has not checked what someone else already asked or what we did with the prior rep. They do not help with appeals. Our onboarding rep was rude and not very familiar with clinical documentation.

“Keeps Getting Better!”
Pros
The billing team and there process for everything is exceptional, so no issues whatsoever. They are always qucik and responsive. Customer service is top-notch as they are consistently enhancing features and accessibility. Practice metrics are simple to understand and the integrated fax number is convenient.
Cons
It lacks integration with other practice management software. CRM and RCM features are either deficient or slow in implementation. Accessing commonly used information requires multiple clicks which is also not ideal for us.

The system is comprehensive, to the point that business decisions have to be made on what/how much to report on because no PT can complete all fields and still deliver good patient care. It has many functions that are customizable to meet individualized needs.
Cons
Its not integrated with the billing software which is something they should work on.

Pros
Responsive, super fast and highly simple to use. This software is heaven for billing services and their tech support is great, working 24/7. Workflow is maneuvered according to clinical settings. Templates are also available for automated task process. Saves a lot of time!
Cons
App and marketing integration can improve the system. Direct data transfer services should also be added for patients. I think that's the only thing that is missing.

Pros
This electronic medical record EMR has 100 USbased billing tech and general support that is available 247. It is more reliable compared to other EMRs I have used in the past and has never had any outages. The workflow is designed to match a clinical setting and the templates can be highly customized. And the best part is that most of the work is already done for you.
Cons
The process of setting up templates and using them is lengthy and requires improvement. And the reports need to be more comprehensive. I would like to be able to customize queries for my data. While the feature of queuing intake documents for upcoming patients is great it is a significant drawback that I cannot send them directly to the patients. There is no checkin app or integrated marketing option available. The cost is quite high at 7 of the billings and I would expect more features for that amount.
