Compared to many other programs, it is much more intuitive. Additionally, I find it comforting that it saves all my information, so I never have to worry about losing data if I step away.

Sunwave has made it much easier for us to transition away from paper records and improve our tracking and adherence to protocols. Telehealth capabilities have been particularly invaluable during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ive had an excellent experience with Sunwave. Our representative has been truly amazing. She is wonderful to work with, always helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoy the reporting capabilities and the flexibility to move forms and clients through various programs and admissions.
Cons
While I appreciate the reporting features, I would like them to be more customizable. That would be a great improvement.

The standout aspect of Sunwave for me is the exceptional customer service. From the initial setup, customer support was always available and provided thorough explanations. As our Product Consultant, she remained responsive and even visited our new facility to ensure a smooth implementation. Their kindness, attentiveness, and belief in their product truly shine through.
Cons
In other software Ive used, I had the ability to create and edit forms. While I dont particularly enjoy the time spent on form/software development and editing, it was convenient to make immediate changes instead of submitting a ticket and waiting for updates.

One improvement I would suggest is implementing a general search function for names, similar to Salesforce. Currently, having to switch between opportunities and accounts to search for names feels like an unnecessary additional step.
