Sunwave EMR is an amazing software

Pros

One thing I truly like about Sunwave EMR is its ease of use. Also it provides a highly user-friendly experience, making it easy for new users to adapt. Compared to many other programs, it is much more intuitive. Additionally, I find it comforting that it saves all my information so I never have to worry about losing data if I step away.

Cons

Honestly, I cant think of any drawbacks when it comes to this software.

Comprehensive platform

Pros

Sunwave offers a centralized database that combines CRM, EMR and billing functionality. It provides a comprehensive solution to us for managing substance abuse and mental health.

Cons

One improvement I would suggest is the inclusion of G/L accounting or a QuickBooks integration, which would enhance the financial management aspect of the platform.

The BEST!!!!!

Pros

I absolutely adore Sunwave. The system is incredibly user-friendly and the support staff has been nothing but amazing. Any issues we encountered were promptly addressed by them.

Cons

Even though some of the training sessions were a bit brief but the good thing is that they were recorded so we were able to revisit them for review.

Quite impressed!!!

Pros

Sunwave has made it much easier for us to transition away from paper records. Also it has made everything so much better when it comes to tracking and sticking to our protocols. The telehealth features have been a huge help especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, when remote care was more important than ever.

Cons

I am quite impressed by how customizable the product is and have no complaints to share.

Excellent software

Pros

I have had an excellent experience with Sunwave. Our representative has been truly amazing. She is wonderful to work with, always helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoy the reporting capabilities and the flexibility to move forms and clients through various programs and admissions.

Cons

While I like the reporting features, I would like them to be more customizable. That would be a great improvement.

Pros

Sunwave software is quite user-friendly with all components seamlessly working together for organized reporting. Plus it has also proven to be excellent for compliance auditing and has significantly reduced the time spent on billing.

Cons

The only downside was the initial learning curve of adapting to a new system, which is never fun.

Simple and easy to use

Pros

I have had a great experience with this service. It makes writing reports quite easy and simple. Plus Francese has been amazing as he was always available to help, highly knowledgeable and explains everything clearly to me while being so patient.

Cons

No one beats Sunwave's support service

Pros

The standout aspect of Sunwave for me is the exceptional customer service. From the beginning customer support was always available and provided detailed explanations about everything. Our Product Consultant was also amazing. She remained responsive and even visited our new facility to ensure a smooth implementation. Their kindness, attentiveness and belief in their product truly shine through.

Cons

In other software I have used, I had the option to create and edit forms. While I do not particularly enjoy the time spent on form/software development and editing, it was fairly easy to make immediate changes instead of submitting a ticket and waiting for updates.

I really like how Sunwave's dashboards are designed. Not only is it clean but it is also easy to navigate. Also all the the features are quite user-friendly.

Cons

Nothing major to share here. However, it requires multiple clicks to get things done but the job still gets done.

Provides amazing service to users

Pros

One thing I like the most about Sunwave is how easy it is to run reports, even if I make a few user errors along the way.

Cons

One improvement I would suggest is implementing a general search function for names, similar to Salesforce. Currently, having to switch between opportunities and accounts to search for names feels like an unnecessary additional step.

It is easy to use and train others on. Setting it up is not a hassle and the knowledgeable SunWave Admin support staff is always eager to help whenever we contact them.

Cons

Has everything we need

Pros

Sunwave is quite user-friendly and the representative is always there to provide assistance whenever we need it. I also like how everything we need, from EMR to CRM is integrated into one system for our teams convenience.

Cons

Initially, I was not a fan of our alumni portal being limited to paper attachments. However, after upgrading to the alumni portal, it has proven to be a great improvement.

Reduces the chance of making errors.

Pros

Sunwave software has proven to be excellent for us, thanks to a great group of individuals working behind it. We were able to automate many of our processes, reducing human error significantly.

Cons

While the benefits of installing the platform were evident to us, however the setup process itself was quite challenging. But this is the case with any change, the beginning can be tough.
