Struggling to reach support

Pros

I love how the interface looks – it's super easy to use and just feels nice to use. It works great on my phone too, which makes it even better!

Cons

When transitioning to a new EHR system, I've struggled to get digital medical charts from the current provider. Their unresponsiveness has been frustrating, showing a lack of cooperation. This has left a negative impression, especially since it's so hard to get help during the transition.

Complete disappointment

Pros

Each patient has their own media file, which makes using side-by-side photos so much easier!

Cons

The service is expensive, and on top of that, it's not very user-friendly. I've faced challenges when trying to access support, especially when dealing with tasks like package creation and data export when I decided to stop using the service. It's been really frustrating.

Too new to be reliable

Pros

I found it really easy to learn how to use the system, and the photo features it has made it even more user-friendly for me.

Cons

Since the product is still relatively new, I've noticed recurring issues like system crashes, overloads, and missing features. On top of that, getting timely assistance to fix these problems has been a challenge.

Symplast delivers as promised

Pros

One of the things I really like about the system is how easy it makes scheduling. I also love how I can chart using Face Sheets, send prescriptions directly through the app, and electronically sign and file consents.

Cons

The frequent updates and the need for Symplast's tech team to customize consents can be a bit inconvenient. I would prefer having more control over the customization process myself.

Functional, yet lacking

Pros

The interface has a clean and easy-to-understand layout, which really improves the overall experience for me.

Cons

Good fit for iPad charting practices

Pros

I find it really useful to be able to message the medical director with any questions. Plus, the ability to send photos or even have live video chats is a great feature.

Cons

Terrible experience with symplast

Pros

The sales team was great, but after signing the contract, I was disappointed to find that other parts of the service didn't live up to what I expected.

Cons

As a new Medspa user, I've been dissatisfied with Symplast's post-sales service. There seems to be a gap between what was promised during the sales pitch and what the software actually delivers, which has led to some frustration. I'd warn potential users to be cautious.

Years of experience with Symplast

Pros

One of the big advantages for me is that it works well with MAC systems and is completely mobile. However, I do think there's still some room for improvement when it comes to how easy it is to use.

Cons

Even with ongoing software updates, I've experienced occasional glitches that need to be resolved quickly. However, I do appreciate that the company is responsive and addresses these issues in a timely manner.

Truly great software!

Pros

Symplast has some really unique features that you won't find in other systems in the plastic surgery field, which makes the overall experience much better. The app also makes patient communication super easy, especially for virtual appointments, which was a huge help during the pandemic. On top of that, the support team, especially Ben, has been really reliable.

Cons

System updates sometimes disrupt operations, which seems to be a common issue with similar products. However, it's manageable as long as there’s proper adaptation and support in place.

Leading the way in digital health

Pros

It stands out with its incredibly user-friendly interface and alot of features that make it much better than the competition. From my past experiences with other vendors, it's clear that Symplast offers superior organization and is much easier to use. Plus, I haven't run into any of the issues I faced with previous software solutions, which just shows how effective it really is.
